Signed up online at this location (Glenn/Campbell St, Tucson) for $90 plan for 2 lines, phones paid off with rebate included, and no other charges. I was confirmed that the monthly was 90 per month total at the end of the process, but later couldn't setup account due to pending business admin verification. Found out later the plan was switched on me to 176/mo (140/mo business plan with 2 extra charges for insurance and something else I did not choose). Took me an hour on phone with customer service to get it figured out and get price set to 90, correcting all back charges. I'm pretty sure I still got a lesser plan status for that original price I signed up for though, so still not even.

After waiting for 20 minutes for help a very rude young lady comes out and somewhat helps me. Then she tells me I don't have to be in the store you can leave. The lack of customer service was one of the worst I've ever been serviced. I will not be returning to this location.

Went in there looking for SD cardand they were clueless so had to go to a different one to get customer service do not go here it is a horrible horrible place maybe it was just that girl but the customer service is not good they do not welcome the customers in there so it needs to be shut down immediately

If you want someone who is smart and understands phones go somewhere else. I spent over 5 minutes trying to explain what my phone did and she just couldn't understand or didn't listen. You're better off finding a teenager.

I recently came to the Glenn and Campbell location to get clarification concerning my account (I was formerly a Sprint customer). Isaac was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Exceptional customer service.

This T-mobile sucks. The customer service here is the most horrible. They act like they don't want to do their job. As simple as an upgrade, the most basic phone is not even in Stock or the guy just didn't want to do his job. dude was no help in finding the store to direct me to. Avoid this store and go to the one off oracle. They had the basic phone in stock and i was in and out in 30 min with a full store.. seriously they need new staff... learn how to treat customers an dmaybe you would make another sale but treat them like the way I was treated and u loose customers real quick... horrible tmobile...

I’m on a family plan, and my SIM card is broken and keeps causing my phone to fail. They refused to help me fix it, even though it’s an internal error for a faulty SIM card that they gave to me, because I’m not an “authorized user.” It’s not like I’m trying to add a line or put a new phone on my family’s tab. My phone doesn’t work, and they won’t fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero help. Looking forward to finding another provider.
