MIGUEL was awesome! He fixed our SIM problem for free, and got us in and out of the store in 15 minutes! Go to this T-Mobile on Harrison and Old Spanish Trail. Everyone was very friendly!

Extremely rude customer service. Wouldn’t even let me finish my question or explain the situation before jumping down our throat. We walked out because the 18 year old helping us was so rude and unprofessional.

Quick shout out to trainer Dominic trainee Luis and all the team who were kind, patient, and the picture of what customer service ought to be. They helped out a couple less than tech-savvy older customers today, with transferring service from older phones to newer ones. Despite these customers having bogged down, super slow, obsolete phones, missing passwords, and various other issues, the team was capable and up to the delicate task. Both customers left with their new and up-to-date phones having all files and accounts transferred over and ready to use.

Terrible reception in my area, 85748. Most of the time all it does is buffer. 5g cell phone signal is terrible out here also.

Make sure you look at your bill!!!My husband needed a new phone. This store told us it was buy one get one free, which was an outright lie, as I’ve now discovered. Of course, who’s going to turn down a new phone even if you have a good one still? After spending two hours on the phone with T-Mobile, I was told that even though the employees at this store lied about the BOGO, there’s nothing they can do. So we’ll be switching our cell phone provider for the first time since the ‘90s. I disagree that there is nothing that T-Mobile can do. Of course they could do something. They are just choosing not to. Update in response to what appears to be an automated reply since it makes no sense: It wasn't about the time it took to find out I'd been ripped off. It's the ripping off that I have a problem with.

I Like The Price for My Monthly Bill. But I'm Alwayz having Issues with my Service¿?! Got the WiFi what a joke. I tried to get 3new devices and they want 400.00 R They CrAzi, Yes...we broke af out here,TMoble your gonna loose a 2yr customer cuz ur CrAzi prices!!!¿?¿?
