It is better to go early on the weekends, you will find a lot of new and second-hand things. If you like tianguis and Mexican snacks you will find them there.

The guy with the hat and the beard at the parking booth is the coolest person I've ever met and his customer service was perfect. He must be promoted to CEO of the Tanque Verde Swap Meet, or it will surely fail!

Although it says no dogs I brought my dog because I always see people walk there dogs but my dog is a pitbull so as I was walking the swap meet we were surrounded by a bunch of unmarked security and 2 marked security asking we leave because our dog is a pit bull and we ask why only our dog and they say because it's looks like an untrained pitbull and she looks scary which is totally unfair as it maybe we are Mexican and everyone else who was walking dogs were white so it goes to show the swap meet is discriminative and pick and choose who can and who they allow to bring their dogs and definitely didn't like the fact the surrounded us the way they did felt overwhelming as it's me who's 24 weeks pregnant my son and my husband totally unnecessary one person telling us would be better then a whole gang of people surrounding us like we stole or did something illegal

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. We drove down from Surprise today to go to this amazing swap meet and showed up a few minutes before 11am when it was supposed to be open. The parking lot had a couple of other vehicles but NONE of the vendors were there. Locks on all the “sheds” and no people. We waited around for 30 minutes and several cars came, people got out, walked in and a few minutes later out they came shaking their heads. We checked the website and they advertise open every weekend. So, WTH. If the vendors don’t want to get there at 11am then they shouldn’t advertise it for that time. It was a complete waste of gas and time. Never going back and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I were at the Saturday swap meet at 3:30 pm , all I can say isI Please DON’T waste your time , there were all 25 Booths open all spread out , I met up with a guy on a golf cart that works thereAnd ask him where all the vendors are and he pointed to the lady next to him.I mentioned that we drove 45 minutes to get to his sale and paid $1 each and he shrugged his shoulders and drove offWe were there Saturday January 13/24So please don’t waist your time on this poor excuse of a swap meet

We have tried visiting a handful of visits on various weekend days and times late afternoon to evening, and there isn't much of anything going on. One can have more fun at the amazing thrift stores in the area. We LOVE flea markets. Expected this to be as big as Yuma's flea market. I'm very disappointed. It is like a ghost town.

We went on a Sunday afternoon in early December and were very disappointed. My wife and I love a good swap meet/flea market and expected lots of vendors and shoppers, but only a handful of vendors seemed to be open. Is there a better time to go?
