We waited 30 minutes for someone to come and help us then the people at the customer service where unhelpful rude and with such bad energies , this was a very bad experience to walk out with this negativity and bad vibe we got from all the individuals at the customer service area , they couldn't price Mach some items and they gave so much actitud for that and all had a miserable face on , never will come back to shop here again ! And recommend to all to chose any other target in town , we love target always shop at target and from all the countries and all the states we been at target this is by far the worst store thanks to the employees I hope they change them soon ! I am always so nice and there's no reason to be so negative and mean to a pregnant lady

Unfortunately the young manager Cole lacks training, customer service skills and leadership to be an effective manager at this store. Upon initial interaction, Cole was dismissive and confrontational. Maybe it was an off day for him but I'm not sure this is the right fit to represent target. All of the other employees are always so pleasant, I feel bad they have to work for such a manager who seems so abrasive and uncaring.

Usually better prices on groceries elsewhere. Terrible customer service. And everything else you can usually get on Amazon cheaper and if you have prime free delivery. Shop wisely and save yourself some money.

I... LOVE Target. But as a Mom that's been going to Target for decades, I found that their renovations and facelifts left me lost and empty inside. Target has a very comforting, homey, familiar, nostalgic feel to it, and I feel like I was robbed of that feeling now. Target isn't about the things, or the prices, it's about the feeling you get when you're grabbing your basket, or that red cart, getting your coffee or bevy from the front and mindlessly strolling through wonderland as you escape the everyday stresses of life. Going up and down each and every single isle, browsing for whatever Target thinks you need. Target was a safe haven for us Moms and now the dynamic has changed. It's borderline torturous for me more. I used to be able to tell you where everything was, what isle, what shelf.. may as well even wore a red shirt. But now.. I shop here and just do pick up orders. Inside isn't for me anymore. My heart broke. You know that saying "don't fix it if it ain't broken"? Yeah, this applies hardcore here. Not to mention this area has become so congested and populated that traffic is horrendous. It's difficult to get out of this parking lot. They need either another (old style) location, or a traffic light to help us out.

The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and most of the time would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather then just give me a general directions and send me on my way. The store was clean and well organized and some staff were wearing masks and they had taken the screens down which helped to protect their cashiers. I personally wish they still had them up. Target has all kinds of products that are appropriate for young families or people of a certain age. My particular area of interest is , their paper products and groceries. It's where I go to get my bulk paper towels and my bulk Kleenex. They also have a nice selection of organic cleaning products. This particular Target has this little smaller grocery area but they have all the items that you could ever need. They have high quality in the fresh food, frozen food and dry goods. They have a great beverage selection including water. Health drinks and wine and alcohol. I find that I can usually get in-and-out in a very timely manner. It's all relatively close to Whole foods sprouts and Costco which is convenient if you're wanting to hit all those places for different things.

Terrible service, no one at customer service desk answers the phone, nor electronic department nor option #8 "all other departments" I purchased a big item online and cannot get assistance to return it in store and what I need before I drive up. When in person manager is always playing around or person running front cashier area. Such a different environment from all other Tucson locations. Not to mention this Target is my last option as its the closest to my home but I always avoid it looks like a "Factory 2 U" very unorganized inside even before remodeling started, clothes in woman's department just everywhere and sale items are never marked accurately "Ever" this is how the store is supposed to make room for new merchandise? And keep customers coming back? Hopefully with the remodeling going on Target provides appropriate training to store staff.

My experience working for this particular store was nothing more than a one .I have 30 years of management experience and I was treated like I had no experience by the lead in Style . HR informing upon hiring me that I would see 15 hrs. weekly, eventually turned into 4 hrs . weekly . I found there TEAM in STYLE very unprofessional. You are treated like a number unless you are one of there favored employees. There are plenty of retailers out there that will value you , skip this store .

Found exactly what I needed at the Dollar Spot. Tanner at checkout was very personable. Nice conversation. Even bagged my bag for me. What a nice young man.

I love target in general, but this target in particular has Horrible managers who scream at their employees! I saw a manager (I presume anyway) yelling at a fresh employee for not putting items on the shelf and instead helping a customer.

Witnessed a man who I believe to be a manager yelling at a Maintenance man in front of customers and other employees. Very unprofessional and abusive.

Not a bad location. Sure, it's a bit old. It's been here, seemingly since the dawn of time. The place is well kept. The aisles are well maintained, the customer service is friendly. Parking here is not atrocious, unlike some other locations in town. What more could you want?

I love shopping at Target for their great selection & customer service. We bought a chopping board but realized that there are some wood splinters from the board. The person who serve us has good attitude & everything was done quickly.

This location is run down and in desperate need of overhaul. The floors are dirty, even though the employees are constantly cleaning them. The store as a whole is dated. We only went this far to get some chairs that only this location had. These chairs cost more in store than they were online so we went to customer service to price match. The lady was rude and said they don't price match Target.com...this blew my mind and is the only target that doesn't price match their own online prices! So I order the exact same chairs in front of her for $40 less and left the chairs in front of her register just to be an a*** Now the chairs are being delivered to my house while I drink some beer.

This is my favorite Target location in Tucson. Every time I've been in here, the employees have gone out of their way to help me. They also always seem to have everything I need in stock. I haven't noticed any descrepencies in what's listed as available on the website and in store, which is great. I have run into that issue at other locations. The Starbucks in this location is also one of the better ones. Even if it weren't close to my home, I would still go out of my way to visit this Target.
