This target is awful. They never have more than one register open so it takes forever to checkout between the one human operated register and the four self checkout registers. I literally had a basket of items and after waiting in line for 20 minutes on a Sunday morning at 10:30, I set it down and walked out. Get it together.

Don't buy meat or food at big box stores including Target. Last night I bought a bag of air fried frozen shrimp. It was discounted to $3.50. (probably a red flag). Took it home, baked it. My boyfriend took one bite, swallowed it. We both agreed it smelled rotten. I threw it away. In the middle of the night my boyfriend is vomiting and is complaining of food poisoning. We ate all the exact same things yesterday except that one rotten piece of breaded shrimp. I called the store, politely asked for a store manager. I was put on hold then hung up on. I called the corporate store to just at least get my $3.50 back (feels like a South Park episode at this point) and to make sure they don't make anyone else sick, by being aware of this. The lady on the phone was kind and empathetic but the corporate hacks at Target only allowed her to refund me back on a TARGET GIFT CARD. I told her this was making me upset and that respectfully I must end the call. Target is not suitable to sell people food and they do not fix the problems they have. Greedy and gross. Over priced garbage from China and food that will make you sick. I'll be shopping at a real grocery store for sure after this. Also their ads have become weird and annoying.

This is a very nice location. It is well maintained and kept orderly. I'm my experience it remains well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. It's a big location, feels spacious and not cramped. Thumbs up all the way around.

Went in to kill time, was early for a family function. As I walked thru the store to check out sales. I would say 4-6 different employees asked if I needed assistance. Felt very welcoming! Good Job! Very good customer service.

Khalil & Mara should be terminated for their behavior. Khalil physically threatened a female customer while delivering her pick up order and continued verbally harassing her, he approached her vehicle several times and even clenched his fists while screaming threats at her. Mara joined in the verbal attack and called the customer a "******* karen" after her coworker threatened the woman. This is insane, ridiculous and down right unacceptable. TARGET- DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!

I am so sick and tired of ordering from Target pickup on Grant Road. I get there only to find out my ordered was placed with 3 stores! I have NE location selected and that is the store I want to pick up at!! Today it was El con Target and SE Target that some of my orders went to!!! I get there and only get two items and Then I am told I need to be careful when I order. No I do not need to be careful!! They need to stop the BS and show out of stock in the store you want to order from. I was was so mad but I did not take out on the employee even though she said something so stupid to me.. Target knows that customers are not happy with this but yet they keep it up.. Until customers file more complaints nothing will get done, Martha MacMaster

Upon entering the store, an employee mentioned all Goodfellows products were on sale. We purchased an item but no discount was shown on the receipt. The following day I returned the item and was given a credit for the original price less the discount. I called the company and the store and was told by a store employee that they have a problem with computers not always giving the discount. There were phone problems and I kept getting cut off. It is amazing to me that a company the size of Target can have problems with their computers not giving discounts.

I was just at this Target for the first time in months. While all the customers that I encountered were masked up, two employees were NOT. One was in groceries restocking and wearing his mask below his nose. (That is not wearing a mask) The other was stocking and wearing a shield that did not even go beneath his mouth. I asked him if he could please mask up and he replied they he cannot breath in a mask. I then reported this to a manager. The woman who checked me out told me that this is a common complaint. This is a public health issue. It is not a political issue. I will not be shopping there again, and I would not recommend anyone else to until Target management takes this seriously.

Ashanti in the Customer Service Department provided extraordinarily amazing customer service today. She went above and beyond to search the floor for the missing 6th dinner plate I needed. She didn't find it, but she then search the other Tucson locations and gave me their addresses/ and how many plates were left at each designated store. Very sweet employee, thank you Ashanti!

Always clean and well stocked store. Employees are helpful. Food selection is pretty limited though so I can never really get all of my groceries here. Prices are higher then other stores on most items but everything is fresh in the meat and produce departments.

Kim is absolutely incredible and so is Tom and Theo! They helped me find a tree extremely last minute and I couldn't be more grateful for all of their help and hard work!!

My suggestion would be to say good morning, make eye contact, then say excuse me before reaching in front of the customer to cancel the request for help buzzer. for bonus points say 'i'll be with you as soon as possible' because "right away" is clearly not reality based several minutes later. perhaps you should let the buzzer ring until one of the dozens of other employees who are not currently waiting on customers help me since you currently cannot.

This is the best Target in Tucson! It was recently remodeled, the staff is friendly, and the store is well-stocked. I come here for my weekly shopping and it never feels like a chore. Also, William is an awesome cashier! He always makes me feel like a welcome and important customer.

Big clean store , big parking , big isles , big selection including fresh groceries . Saw a sign 5% off toys never seen such a small discount number? Not easy exit very busy corner between Costco & Tanque verde Kolb big corner. Julianne thanks for your friendly help.
