Everything is locked in transparent cabinets. Target was already grossly understaffed, now you have to wait around for a clueless sales associate who walks around with a tablet and still can't get what you want.I will be doing curbside pickup from now on.They don't bother showing up, why should I?

I just tried calling 3 times pressing different numbers to get ahold of different departments and the phone rang for 2 minutes and then hung up on me. I work in retail and it's not that hard to answer a phone... I don't get it

Just went to find an anniversary card for my husband, and the overwhelming majority of anniversary cards on the rack were for same gender relationships/marriages. I only saw two cards for straight couples. The percentages of these cards is very disproportionate since less than one percent of marriages in the US are same gender.

I was in the area and needed to kill time, so decided to stop by. I have never seen a Target SOOOO unorganized and messy. Clothes all over thr floors. Ross is cleaner than this! I recommend going to different Targets.

BAD CHARACTERS in the Independent contactors with ATT at the El Con store. Beware! Found out I am not the only one. I'm with another cell company. Just a small side question. Didn't realize they aren't Target employees. Saw my white beard, started talking how 3G phones are phasing out of service. But a special promo to 5G. Told him I'm only paying 32-37 per mo. Ah, but since I am with AARP I get $10 off per mo, and no activation fee---- $10 is Only for first ten mo. and yes on activation fee. Plus pay for phone only $3 mo(true) plus veteran discount blah blah like a 25% discount. First bill would be a little high but 2nd 3rd billing would get credits back. TRUTH is $ 134 first bill, $55 restocking fee maybe pro rated daily usage? Unclear. Customer service didn't want to talk of the $134. Sent an MRA. 3 weeks to acknowledge. Two small fees charged an a small credit for who knows what. This is still with no clear ending. Two actual ATT outlets I won't mention know of these bad actors that will do and say anything for a commission . On said they have a list of nearly 30 names.

What is going on? This Target has really gone downhill. Trashes inside and out are overflowing. Bathrooms (men) are broken and filthy.. like filthy filthy. Stolen items/containers in the bathrooms as well (can't blame the company for this but it does show the quality of customers that have moved in, which reminds me of the guys out front asking for money). Lots of construction happening too so hopefully they are just overwhelmed right now and things will turn around. I don't know...

These idiots tell u something is in stock and waste your time when it's not. Don't even listen to them if they tell you get up at the break of dawn to get to the store by opening. They won't have what u need

Honestly, I've held off from leaving a review for quite some time; however, last night frustrated me. I attempted to purchase a PS5 online, didn't work. So I needed some products from the store and just went in. I asked an associate whether they had some in stock; I was told there were 7 in stock... I wondered if I could purchase one; they said they are available; however, I need to go through the website. He confirmed with me, they are definitely in stock, and I could do it there. I went on the app, didn't work. He said, "yeah, that happens to everyone." when in my iPad, same issue. I went home and did it on my computer, the same problem. So here is where we are at; I confirmed the product was in stock, refused the ability to purchase, and was referred online. Online was down, and there was no alternative. Making purchasing a product inaccessible to the customer is bad business.

This Arizona Target location, for me was my BEST ever Target-visit. Being from California I noticed right away the friendliness of any associate I came in contact with here. From greeting to needing help, checkout and leaving. THE BEST! Arizona associates need to come and pass their demeanor on to California associates. This location was clean and organized. Found all that was needed in a timely manner. Great job here!

Hello Everyone, I love target but because the staff even the managers and supervisors are so young there are issues needing to be corrected. 1. When a customer goes up to a staff member and ask that staff member where to find something it would be better in my opinion if that staff member walked the customer to that item instead of pointing or trying to explain it which will only get the customer lost. Come on staff member a little walking will do you good not only for the exercise you probably need but for good customer service, 2. When a manager at 10 in the morning sees a long line of people at the do it yourself check-out WHY are you okay with all the registers empty. There are plenty of people on the floor doing inventory that know how to run the register and it is unacceptable to make customers wait for no reason except your laziness to act upon a situation that needs immediate resolution. Target is a great store and staff is awfully nice but problem solving must come immediately and not when you feel like it. Happy Tomorrow.

I never thought I'd spend time on Yelp reviewing a Target. But the service at this Target is exceptional. I have lived all over the country and have had a local Target in each place that I frequented. They have all been fine places to shop, but nothing memorable. Every time we walk into this Target, several people greet my husband and I. If I am looking for something and can't find it, someone may actually stop to help me. My husband and I even got an impromptu restaurant recommendation from an employee when we were standing in line for the self-checkout. Working in retail is tough and exhausting. Hats off to this Target crew for making it look easy.
