One of THE worst locations! This location has stolen from me more than once! You pay with cash and wait for your change in the form of coins or bills to be returned EACH TIME AND ON SEPERATE OCCASIONS the machine either needed to be refilled (although they just refilled it per the attendant) and then they expect you to wait in line at customer service in order to receive your change back! It is not an over exaggeration when I say EVERY TIME! No other target has this issue but this one! Associates are far from helpful and can care less about a machine malfunction! I would rather drive all the way to the location on Ina before coming to this one again!

This used to be my go to Target, I was a frequent customer. I won't be returning after my last visit this night.
I was essentially followed and chased out by two staff members as the store was closing like a dog. I acknowledge the time frame this was occurring, however, there were other customers present in the store at the same time as me, and were shown much more respect and courtesy. I had intended to make a quick stop for an essential I could only find at Target. However, my explanation as to why I was there doesn't excuse the treatment I was subjected to, and that goes for anyone who shops here.
I had encountered two staff members and said "hello!", to which they coldly replied "Are you going up right now?", I said yes as soon as I grabbed what I needed very quickly. Well, that never happened because soon after, the woman staff member began to follow my every move. I also happen to use a mobility cart due to chronic pain, so imagine being followed while being on one of those.
At the same time, a man was literally directing me to go certain ways, all while the woman was tailing behind me. It got to a point where I just turned around and asked point blank "Do we happen to be going in the same direction, or are you following me?" All the woman said coldly and aggressively was "I just need you to get out." All while inching closer and closer with the man behind her. This continued until I finally reached the entrance on the grocery side, which happened to be locked.
Again, I use the mobility cart for chronic pain, and they corralled me to a locked entrance. Despite my being in pain, I was essentially forced to walk all the way to the other side of the building just to leave...all while being in a lot of pain and making my ability to walk hard!!
This kind of treatment is disgraceful to anyone, but especially those who use mobility aids. I understand that the store closes at a specific time, and customers are encouraged to follow suit. However, being harassed and chased out like how I was is inexcusable. I'm fortunate enough to have been able to walk out, but imagine if it were someone who required more assistance? Just awful.
I imagine this also has to do with Target Corp. rescinding their commitment to their DEI policy. Since I've learned of this update, plus the mistreatment I've endured, Target has forever lost my money. Do better, be better, this is unacceptable from the top all the way to the bottom.

Used to be one of my favorite stores. No longer. Since they dropped DEI protections I don't feel wanted in ANY Target location. I'll never step foot in one again.

In store shopping takes longer than Amazon delivery. What is the point in having a store if everything is locked up???

This store is too big and disorganized. Even though there are kiosks around the store that let you identify the aisle and section where an item can be found the aisles and sections are not organized in a systematic way so this "wayfinding" is next to useless. Also, even the in-store staff don't know where a particular aisle or section is located. If the staff is confused, what hope is there for a customer? Also, a lot of low-ticket items are locked up in glass cases which means you have to waste time looking for a staff member to open the case. I could understand this type of "loss prevention" for high value items, but shampoo? Come on. If this neighborhood is so full of shoplifters that you have to treat a $5.00 bottle of soap like a $10,000 Rolex then you've failed at Store Location 101. Also, the "Gravy Seals" guards are a joke, this store isn't located in Beirut. All in all, I'd skip this store and find another in a more secure part of town.

The security officer was outside by the front entrance, and then he got in my way. I tried to give around him to get in the store, and then he wanted to fight me! This happens on 12/6/2024 around 6 pm! I hope many people read this has it is an unfriendly environment!

Every customer is treated like a criminal upon entering. Armed guards standing outside the store. Products are arbitrarily locked up. You can grab beer and wine for yourself but you have to grovel to an employee to unlock the case for a stick of deodorant. Go literally anywhere else.

Ordering online is so convenient and they have it ready in 2 hours or less. Majority of the time they have e everything I need, pick up is seamless and so are returns if needed. Customer service is almost always kind and the lines are never too crazy

I was shopping for a doll for my granddaughter. I saw the perfect doll. There was a sale sign, so I picked out the one with a stitch outfit since she loves stitch. I took it to pay and was told the doll on sale was the one next to it. Same size and maker. The difference was outfit and color, a black doll and a white one. I didn't know what to think and certainly didn't want to make a scene. However, wrong is wrong!

Target is much more relaxed and comfortable than the other big store
