They never have changing rooms or even signs saying the changing rooms are closed and the store is always messy and dirty

My experience was ruined due to a man that was stocking in the health and Beauty department. He was a middle aged man, but I was looking for a certain product and I had slide it right next to him to get that product and he then Huffed and puffed at me because I grabbed the product and I walked out of the store unsatisfied I don’t know why he’s working there if he’s gonna be rude to customers.

I’ve only posted a couple reviews for stores but this deserves to be said: I’ve lived in this neighborhood most of my life, when it was only a few stores here. And today was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at any store in my life. When I go to target I don’t dress to impress as I literally live right across from the location and it’s a 5 minute walk. I’ve been coming to this location for over two decades. And this target is the worst target in the world. As I said I don’t dress like I’m going to an upscale store, because it’s target. And for the past year I’ve noticed that nearly every time I go, I feel like I’m being watched. At first I always thought it was just in my head but after what I just experienced I know my gut was right. I went here after getting a new battery at Batteries plus (great store great staff btw) and I was getting a gift for my dad and a couple groceries. As I was looking at the electronics trying to decide this employee asks me if I needed help so I asked him a question about the product and he answered and I said “ok thank you”, but he paused and looked at me for a couple seconds and then walked away. I got the electronic and paid at the cashier right there. But at this point my gut was telling me that I was being watched. I then made my way to the grocery section and got a couple items. But as I was looking at the teas this employee who was getting a mobile order kept looking at me. Two different times I caught him looking around the corner at me. He wasn’t very good at being sneaky btw. So I got my tea and other grocery items and walked to the front to pay but Jesus Christ almost every employee I walked by was just looking at me like I was doing something wrong. I get to the register and was paying for my items and I needed to get change too, the cashier was cold and was standing like she was idk, idk what the word is but I was getting the feeling that she was on her guard. So I got my change, paid and left. As I started walking away and going to the road the spectrum security guard was parked at a stop sign and staring at me while she was on the phone and watched as I turned the corner and left. There has been countless experiences just like this for the past year for me. I hate to say it but this feels like I’m being profiled for how I look. I’m eyed with suspicion like I’m about to steal or do something shady and they’re just watching my every move waiting. It’s very stressful. And I’ve seen that others have left reviews saying similar things. I know this plaza is a poop hole because of all the homeless drug addicts who steal and do who knows what else. But what exactly makes someone suspicious? I come here every other week and I’m definitely no criminal. I’ve done nothing to warrant this treatment; I’m a longtime customer of this location. And this location isn’t exactly comparable to the ina or oro valley location, not by a long shot. This location speaks for itself when you go inside, which speaks volumes if you’ve ever been. Bottom line, this is wrong. I’ve seen other ppl show up here in their pajamas and they’re not followed. I should add that I’m Native American and I’m not exactly not the best looking guy around, and that’s being nice about it. I dress how I want to dress, I’m
Not trying to appease anyone. Idk this feels very uncomfortable, I have social anxiety and am diagnosed PTSD. It feels like a certain demographic of ppl get a normal and even pleasant shopping experience and other demographics get profiled. I would drop it altogether but I feel this should be brought up to someone so that other paying customers that fit their criteria for profiling don’t suffer the same purposeful discrimination that I and others have. I wish I could give an update somewhere because I am going to contact someone about this.

TARGET NO LONGER ACCEPTS COUPONS!
While this may sound petty, it's a matter of principle. I bought Wonder Bread brand English muffins that had a 50¢ coupon attached TO THE PACKAGE IN THE STORE. I did not clip this from a third party source.
When I checked out, the coupon was not accepted. I was told by the (very nice) cashier that Target will only accept CVS coupons now. Seriously?
It would have been bad enough if I had clipped this, but these coupons were attached to products that are carried by Target. There is an implied acceptance.
And to be clear, I couldn't care less about missing out on the discount. It just smacks of passive deception.
Moreover, I found the shelves to be largely empty of common items I typically purchase. Based on today's experience, I will not be returning.

System shows 45 of an item in stock verified by 2 employees but they are too lazy to locate them to make a sale. Worthless company

Customer service has dropped into the gutter.
My target shopping experience was not a pleasant one. I like using the self service because I have a routine. It seems that before 10 AM the self-service is not open. Then I have to use a cashier.(#2) I end up with a lot of people who have a lots of stuff in their basket. I have under 10 items. For some reason I always end up getting helped last and wait for a long time. The cashier was not friendly. She’s like a robot without customer service. No smile. Then I find out that the self service is open.(Roger entrance) I could not see from the self-service I use.(By Michael’s entrance) Cashier did not mention that the self service was open. I’ve been using this target since 1995. Back then cashiers were more helpful.

Employees unhelpful. Walked into the clothing section and about 5 people were just standing around gossiping about another employee and working Saturdays. When they could of been folding and organizing the messy clothes. I had to keep walking around them to look at things. I also went into the Lego isle and saw more employees talking about other jobs and money and I had to wait for them to finish there conversation and move so I could look at the merchandise. I have not been to this target in a long time but I don't remember it being this mis-managed. I thought I went into a Target not a Highschool. I will go to the Target on Oracle in the future.

I was promised a cash refund and was even given a written note that I could go back with it after I purchased my item at full price online and the refund would be granted. I went back with proof of purchase and Sofia the manager went back on her word & said that she could only give me 8 $10 target gift cards instead of the cash refund, even though I got it in writing and she assured me multiple times that I would receive it back.
