Usually they have a lot of things in stock. For the most part pretty organized. However drive up orders always take forever. I'm usually there for 25-30 min give or take. Even if my orders aren't super big. But understandable as it's usually busy

I've shopped at Target for many years, and I've never had an issue before. However, I purchased a collector box of Pokémon cards from the Irvington store. When I went home and opened it, none of the items were inside. It was just a bunch of old baseball and Yugioh cards that were taped inside with blue duct tape. Reached out to the store manager and customer service and they refused to refund me or give me a replacement. Was told that the cards are through a vendor and it's beyond their control. They did give me the number for guest relations and when I called them, I was told the same thing. From there, they gave me the manufacturer's contact info, but when I contacted the manufacturer, they said they could not help me either. In the end, I lost 130 dollars and it was not my fault. It's a real shame that the store doesn't know for certain if items contain what they should. I reached out to the BBB regarding this matter and hopefully I get refunded one way or another. As a consumer, this is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you Target.

I was never a big Target shopper until my daughters showed me the app. I never knew that the app had coupons you can clip and they get taken off at the register. How easy is that? Now I shop at Target more often. The store is always nice and clean. There have a great selection of each item that you are looking for at a good value. You can always find someone to help you as well.

This Target is poorly managed. The checkout lines are understaffed and customers often have to wait for 30 minutes just to checkout

The chick in pharmacy talks to you rather rudely any other environment they would not talk to you that way nor would I tolerate that so I'd stay clear there's a reason this place has a 2 1/2 star rating

There was poor customer service. I was shopping for Shipt (their company) and as I was walking out I got another notification of an order with like 2 items, so I ran back in because more money, why not? When I went back in the security team started following me. Mind you I had a Shipt mask on. This morning I called them with my complaint and the managers excuse was that they were "trying to greet me". It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I'll never go back to this Target.

Hey @target shoppers! Let me start off by saying I am disgusted with @target behavior! My husband who is African American went into the store this last weekend to purchase an item. Due to covid we must wear face masks (he had forgotten his own) but he had our daughters masks so he used hers. The first attempt target was out of the item we needed he got back to the car and told me. I said "ooh what about this one" so he ran back into the store again (our daughters mask on) on his way to the aisle he noticed @target security following him. And continued to follow him through the store as he made his way security stopped him and asked if he needed help finding an item? (((Now this wouldn't be that big of an issue but the thousand plus times we've shopped with @target we've never had security come and speak to us, or let alone seen them anywhere but the front entrance))) he was so confused said "yeah sure im looking for this." The security had no clue what she was doing and no clue where the item was either. (((She told him a few times "ooh it's over here oh no I'm sorry it's over here".))) in the end he found it and made his way back up to the register. ((Again still being followed)) he even noticed that security had the original product he went in looking for in her had -she raised it up like it was a trophy! My husband was so disgusted by the behavior of @target! I called the store and spoke with the manager (female who then hung up on me) I had called back and ask to speak to a manager (new manager I spoke with could only apologize and tell me this isn't what he expects our experience to be like.) all he could do was give me the 1-800 number to call and file the complaint. Then 1-800 escalated the incident and said "okay we'll pass this along to the store this happened at." @target this is the best you can do?? The time and money we've spent in your stores!!! And this is what we're getting my husband is so insulted by this behavior! He's a black man shopping for things, and he's being profiled why!? If it were me as a white female would the outcome have been different! How dare you allow this to slip away with out a call with out a follow up to us!!! This is racist profiling! @target I deserve a call or an email I can not believe this has even happened! And people will hear about this!

So, In theory the Target CEO, has decided in the best I interest of our customers, and employees, amongst an array of other drastic and "Exponentially Life Improving and Life saving decisions" had to he made. One if them being the complete shutdown of returns? For at least 3 weeks, to say that they fail at even attempting to forewarn you as you make small to large purchases would be a stretch at best. As I put my self in the shoes of the apparently out of touch CEO'S well healed shoes, I began to wonder whether this was so that his employees could spend more time stocking their bare shelves? Shelves are still empty, with no return in sight, so it's a NO to that option. OH- Maybe it's so that a person who could potentially be infected with COVID 19, doesnt return the merchandise that they've been couching and sneezing on for any number of days now? My question to that theory is, what about the boxes that come from factories here in America, and from abroad...did he stop accepting packages period, from anywhere? NOT. Has he also passed a mandatory store policy that all persons entering the store, wanting to spend their $, has to have their temperature taken upon entrance to Target, or have they begun drive thru service/pickup service in mass...NOT! I left puzzled at why because I purchased an item that not only did not live up to what was advertised, who knows maybe it blows away my daughter's expectations, but it did not work! Because I was laid off, this was my attempt at my daughter entertaining herself, when iam not doing my damndest to do so myself, which is literally 10hrs a day right now. I dont have extra money to list buy another item, and sit on this $49.95 for the next 3 weeks. But then again I wouldn't expect Mr. Brian Cornell, and his 2 children to relate in the slightest. Before this "Gig", he was the Exec VP of Safeway, before that the CEO of Michael's, before that the CEO OF Sam's Club, before that the CEO of Pepsi...I can go on for days with his hard earned accolades. Before any of you reading this label me as a "hater", or as one who maybe barking up the wrong tree..give it a rest. This is the man who has for some reason, chosen to make a misguided decision to effect the smallest wallets and pocket books in America. AKA, the majority of his customer base. So for the next 3 weeks,at best, should you decide to spend your hard earned money, which may be your last few bucks for a little bit, think twice, because they aren't doing returns period, or exchanges!

Clean! We popped in to grab some supplies and coffee before heading out. They have a lot of parking and a lot of customers- so busy. But with all the foot traffic, the store is so clean, well stocked, and plenty of employees. We grabbed our stuff and checked out without having to wait in line too long. They could have had more checkers open but it went fast enough. Love a clean and orderly store!

The bathrooms are always dirty. The staff here are rude. I hate going to this target. We will be driving the extra 20 minutes to go to a different target.
