Came to this location. Literally no one was in there the first 10 minutes. Then someone walked in with a couple clients and didn’t say a word to us just looked at us and kept talking to the other people. We went around the corner and my husband asked them if we could get someone, they shushed us off because they were on the phone. We sat around for another 20 minutes and left. Not one person acknowledged us, horrible service.

Ordered a model Y from this location. They were able to get us into a pilot cars. At pick up the car was charged to 100 miles we live 70 miles from the location. They expert advice was to go to the super charger, located close by. You would think for the money you are spending they could at least give you a half charge. I have never purchased a car without a full tank! They did not even have the adaptors so I could charge at my house. Very frustrating

Paul, the service director at the Tesla service center provided EXCEPTIONAL service. We had a flat on our Tesla and after receiving the run around from Tesla roadside support, finally was able to get in touch directly with the service center where Paul assured us if we brought the car there, he had the tire and could have it replaced and get us back on the road that day. True to his word, when we arrived with Triple A, he was waiting outside and greeted us, took the car in, got the tire replaced and had us on our way within an hour. Thank you Paul!Service: Tires

Nice and knowledgeable team marred by fledgling Service Operations process and the requirement to transact everything via the Tesla App.I love the product so much (Model S) that I'm being more forgiving than if I would Lexus Service. For my three visits this year:Scheduling - Easy via iOS app, but not a lot of time slots available. Always 2+ weeks out.Check-in - Location is like an wholesaler's office, so can't drive-up and drop-off the car, which is now common across all other dealerships, especially with a premium brands. Team is nice and knowledgeable, but confirming the scheduled service items takes a long time.Waiting area - Can't complain. It's like a fledgling startup and enough snacks to keep you busy. Also can't complain when they give you a $100k vehicle as a loaner.Service and Closing out - This is where I'd dock 2 stars. Each time I've picked-up the car, we couldn't confirm if all the scheduled work was completed. The list wasn't available on the app and they wouldn't allow me to see a print-out. It was all verablized. Then when I do a walkthrough on my own, I noticed things that were done that I wasn't told about (warranty items, which isn't bad necessarily), but then things weren't done that they said were done (which wasn't bad because they didn't add to the invoice anyways, but odd). Also I found spare Tesla parts in my car, which I was told was likely NOT from my vehicle (but what are the chances?!).They also say everything has to be done via the app, but then they also give you phone calls and send emails to review and final invoice is also emailed (and not on the app until payment goes through). You can't call or email them back and the response from the Chat app is slow (usually hours to respond).Again, I love the product so much that I'm overlooking these shortcomings and spending the time here to encourage the local team to improve. In terms of overall service, all the Lexus franchise-owned dealerships that I've gone to have been many times better for my 12+ year old Lexus.I plan to schedule a service in Tempe, AZ so I can compare if their service is also hampered by the Tesla App or not. I hope the new location in Oracle and River Rd will allow for an improvement in service. Good luck, Tesla!

Tesla solar Tucson. Awful customer service. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. We are trying to take over the lease but they are holding up the closing. Edit: Adding one more star. After finally getting someone on the phone, I was able to point out that they had not completed the steps that they said were completed. From there, the unfinished business was taken care of.

Anyone thinking about using Tesla for solar? Think again. I've had a system for about three years, and have had to call and schedule service calls NINE TIMES. Wait at home for the tech, have them reset something, only to have it fail again a few days weeks or months later. They have a service number, it takes about 30-40 minutes on hold to get thru. Recently the inverter went out, the tech came and left, didn't tell me anything. Had to call and wait on hold for another 45 minutes to find out some part is on order. Tesla Solar is a terrible company. Stay Away.

When your Tesla Service Team shows up on your pro's & con's list for moving.. you know you've got something great. I've had the pleasure of being part of Tesla's Tucson Service Team for 3yrs and hope I receive even a fraction of what Paul and his team provide after I move. They truly are the epitome of what "Tesla Service" should be.Services: Electrical repair

The center was nice, but only one advisor. The work was done quick only 2 hours, however the advisor did go o er what was done. Tesla has a way to go to step up their CS service.

Tesla energy is a horrible company to work with. Lack of communication, promises never met, they rip you off. I paid my solar lease in advance. 20 years prepaid. My solar sells were deemed defective 6 years later. Then it took over a year to replace. They called me and told me out of the blue they would replace them the next day after waiting a year. I couldn't be home. Know one ever told me they were replacing my 24 cells with 22. So they screwed me again. The call center always tells me a member of management will return my call. Never have I been able to speak to a manager. This is such crap. I should have been compensated for the year with defective solar cells. I regret going with Tesla. Make it right Tesla. Stop padding your own pockets by screwing customers.
