Just bought our 11th Nissan from Thouroughbred Nissan. Brandon over at Used Cars went above and beyond to meet our needs. We brought the car back for the windows to be tinted. Brandon had stated he had made arrangements for a rental while our car was being serviced which come to find out is not a usual service they provide. The very friendly gentleman who helped me in Service double checked and sure enough it was written in the notes Brandon made on my service order.The customer service we receive from Thouroughbred Nissan has always been top notch. Have had oil change 3 times since buying my used Rouge in May of this year. Didn’t have an appointment just drove in various times and always welcomed and service done timely. Friendly, trustworthy service department and it’s appreciated. Thanks Thoroughbred Nissan

Be careful which advisor you get with. A service advisor by the name of Lisa recommend to the service manager that it would not be in their best interest to fix my truck although still under factory warranty. Next thing I know the service manager refused to look further into my issue. i took it to Jim Click Nissan and they fixed it with absolutely no problem.

It's was great! The German guy, forgot his name, took really great care of me and walked me back to look under my car when I asked! Most places give me problems when I ask about that but not this place and I will be back for that reason! The techs were very knowledgeable too and it was extremely nice to get that peace of mind that I was talking to people that know about my car in great detail.

In August 2023 I purchased my third car in a row from this dealership. I felt each time that I was treated well as far as pricing. However, on at least 3 different times that I took in my 2020 Kicks I ran into such attitudinal problems in the service department that I never went back to have my car serviced or oil changed or anything again for 3 years. I did go back to take advantage of an attractive trade in offer for my 2020 Kicks to get a 2023 Kicks. I took it. Now, almost exactly 30 days into our new contract, today I ran into the most arrogant, dismissive attitude both from management and the head of finance regarding correspondence that I received from DMV and their finance office that was very confusing. According to their attitude if you don't understand dealership jargon, there is something wrong with you and no questions are allowed. Up until now I always refer friends and family to this dealership to purchase. NEVER AGAIN! And I will never show up at that dealership again unless I have to for some reason that can't be avoided. I selected one star because its the only way I knew this would get posted.Sandy MTucson

Was told battery was bad and that car wouldn't start, however I never had an issue before taking to dealer or since getting vehicle back. Have been driving it ever since with same battery and had two separate shops test battery, both said it is working perfectly fine with no signs of issues. I feel like they were hoping I would tell them to replace the battery and charge me, won't be bringing any vehicles back to this dealership again.

I would never recommend anyone to buy from this dealer. Long story short, The finance manager sold me a commercial GAP insurance rather than a basic GAP policy. After talking to a banker who also deals with GAP insurance, they brought to my attention I was paying over double the cost of what i could be paying. I called and asked him why he sold me the commercial GAP when I do not use my vehicle for commercial purposes. He told me that's all they offer, and I should feel lucky because other people pay even more than the eight hundred plus I had been financed for. All he wanted to do is talk over me and when I asked questions he didn't like he accused me of raising my voice, which I didn't. I told him I want to cancel the insurance. I had to go to the dealer and fill out a form to do so. The form said I would get a refund in six to eight weeks. this was on June 12th. After waiting eight weeks I called several times and left messages. finally he answered and told me, it was everyone else fault. He then transferred me to the office manager. She told me the same story it wasn't their fault it was the GAP companies fault, someone reinstated my policy without my consent, and they were waiting for them to send the money. As I was asking her questions she also accused me of raising my voice which I didn't , its if they get trained to say that when you ask them questions. I begged and pleaded with her to help me figure this out. She said there is nothing she can do for me. I asked her if she could call the GAP company to see what was taking so long. She said she cant do that. She in no way shape or form was going to try to help me in any way. I called the GAP company myself. They told me that Nissan is waiting for a small administrative fee before they will write me the check. They also told me they sent it out weeks ago. Today is September 12th and still nothing. I am paying for something I do not have and I cannot get a refund. I got scammed big time and no one at Thoroughbred Nissan is willing to help me. I was told he would keep a sticky note with my name on it by his phone, and would reach out to me, but of course that was another lie. it seems like they are just hoping I forget about it. This has been an extremally frustrating experience.

Just traded in my 2020 Kicks for the 2023 model of the SR. I liked my 2020 SR which I bought from this dealership but I love the new one. I continue to work with Thoroughbred because of the care they take to make sure I get the vehicle that is right for me. The service is very personalized and it isn't over when you purchase but the service as long as you have the car is great. I have been treated very fairly with price and trade in value.

I had a few different places inspect my vehicle while doing other work on it, replacing front struts, oil change, etc...While this work was done I asked each person to look into what may be causing an annoying "creak" sound from the back of my 2012 Altima. One tech told me nothing looked out of the ordinary, another told me some rear rubber bushings may be cracking.Finally I decided to take it to Thoroughbred to have an official dealer check out the noiseDiego, my tech was fantastic!He did the 150-point inspection and was not able to replicate the sound, so he came to the lobby and we talked, and decided to go for a test drive so I could replicate.I replicated the sound for him and he went above and beyond on the ride, laying down halfway in the trunk to further inspect where the sound was coming from.After we felt good about where it was located we headed back to the shop and he began inspecting further. An hour or so later he had pinpointed the issue and discussed options with me to rectify.The annoying creak is now gone, and had nothing to do with what other previous mechanics assumed it might be.Thank you, Diego your dedication and hard work is much appreciated!

Experience was excellent. Tony stayed in contact with me after I dropped off my vehicle and he sent a link to all repairs that were recommended along with the repair I went in for with all costs attached to each repair making my choice on what I wanted completed based on my budget. The timeframe in which my vehicle was dropped off to when I was able to pick it up was well beyond my expectations and I was notified as soon as my vehicle was completed. I have taken my vehicles over the years to various dealership locations but this is by far the best service and communication I have had with a dealership. I would absolutely recommend Thoroughbred Nissan to friends and family.

If I could give them negative stars, I WOULD. I haven't even had my car for a year and 2 months after getting it, it wouldn't start. So I figured I should take it in so they can do some diagnostics. No answers. A couple months go by & it won't start again. I took it in AGAIN. No answers. I've gone about 5 times to see what is wrong and what they can do for me but unfortunately they gave me the answer of "sorry if we don't see anything wrong with it we can't help". That's great customer service!! Amazing! I will never ever be buying from Nissan nor recommend them. In the process of buying else where due to this inconvenience.

The customer service in the service department at Thoroughbred is second to none. I brought in my 2018 Nissan Titan on Saturday with a bad battery. It was around 2:45pm and the technicians clock out at 2:30pm. Lisa Smiley the Service Advisor was still willing and able to help me to get a new battery installed along with the help of a technician who was willing to stay a little late to get everything taken care of for me. This was something they didn't have to do and I'm sure they were ready to head home after a long hot day at work. I would highly recommend to get your vehicle serviced at Thoroughbred and I know I will be frequenting them from here on out for my service needs when it comes to my Titan. Thank you guys, you really went above and beyond!

I thought my salesman was excellent. He was there to help answer my questions. He was so helpful and very nice. This was the second time I bought a car from Thoroughbred and I love my new car! Hopefully it will be as good or better than my first Altima.
