Brandon was a huge help! Made buying a car as easy as 1,2,3! LOL! I got a great Murano, with low mileage with all the nice features i’ve been wanting! David in finance also made me feel very comfortable and secured! Overall 10/10 experience!

We had just driven another toyota and we're on our way home and saw the same model car. Robert Ruiz helped us and made the hole process easy. They don't preasure you and negotiating was a breeze. We love our new car, a 2021 camery hybrid.( new to us). Thank you Robert

In August 2023 I purchased my third car in a row from this dealership. I felt each time that I was treated well as far as pricing. However, on at least 3 different times that I took in my 2020 Kicks I ran into such attitudinal problems in the service department that I never went back to have my car serviced or oil changed or anything again for 3 years. I did go back to take advantage of an attractive trade in offer for my 2020 Kicks to get a 2023 Kicks. I took it. Now, almost exactly 30 days into our new contract, today I ran into the most arrogant, dismissive attitude both from management and the head of finance regarding correspondence that I received from DMV and their finance office that was very confusing. According to their attitude if you don't understand dealership jargon, there is something wrong with you and no questions are allowed. Up until now I always refer friends and family to this dealership to purchase. NEVER AGAIN! And I will never show up at that dealership again unless I have to for some reason that can't be avoided. I selected one star because its the only way I knew this would get posted.Sandy MTucson

I had a few different places inspect my vehicle while doing other work on it, replacing front struts, oil change, etc...While this work was done I asked each person to look into what may be causing an annoying "creak" sound from the back of my 2012 Altima. One tech told me nothing looked out of the ordinary, another told me some rear rubber bushings may be cracking. Finally I decided to take it to Thoroughbred to have an official dealer check out the noiseDiego, my tech was fantastic! He did the 150-point inspection and was not able to replicate the sound, so he came to the lobby and we talked, and decided to go for a test drive so I could replicate.I replicated the sound for him and he went above and beyond on the ride, laying down halfway in the trunk to further inspect where the sound was coming from. After we felt good about where it was located we headed back to the shop and he began inspecting further. An hour or so later he had pinpointed the issue and discussed options with me to rectify. The annoying creak is now gone, and had nothing to do with what other previous mechanics assumed it might be.Thank you, Diego your dedication and hard work is much appreciated!

If I could give them negative stars, I WOULD. I haven't even had my car for a year and 2 months after getting it, it wouldn't start. So I figured I should take it in so they can do some diagnostics. No answers. A couple months go by & it won't start again. I took it in AGAIN. No answers. I've gone about 5 times to see what is wrong and what they can do for me but unfortunately they gave me the answer of "sorry if we don't see anything wrong with it we can't help". That's great customer service!! Amazing! I will never ever be buying from Nissan nor recommend them. In the process of buying else where due to this inconvenience.

This place is ABYSMAL! My transmission blew, and I was considering buying a brand new car from them. And I had the money to pay total cost upfront! I personally know nothing about cars. So I called them to ask questions. I talked to Lisa on the phone. I asked for her opinion. If I should fix the transmission, or buy a new car. What was her response? "I don't know, I don't have a crystal ball" WORD FOR WORD! That is what Lisa said! They could've gotten a straight sale, on a new car from me. But Lisa had to be a snot. I understand she couldn't give me a promise/guarantee on what I should do. But I was just asking, for a professional OPNION! And she just tells me, idk, I don't have a crystal ball? How is this ok? I would get fired from my job, if I treated customers like this.

Had an engine sensor light go on, checked it at AutoZone, they said it was a $54 sensor. Went to thoroughbred Nissan and not only did they charge us $165 to do the diagnostic test, they said We needed new tail lights! Both of them for $660! Then they made us sign a form that said we agreed to the $165 charge for no service before they could give us the keys. Find a local mechanic who doesn't have an administrative staff of 20 that you have to pay to get any work done! Capitalism at its finest.

Avoid this place at all cost . They are rip off artist. They tried to sell me a 16k dollar car for four 25k . They are trying to take advantage of the car shortage by charging way above msrp. I have good credit and was pretty approved by my bank . They had 3700 in dealer ad ons 2000 for market adjustment. Do not believe their lies the MSRP on 2020 versa is under 16k .the have the car at 20k MSRP on their website plus dealer ad ons and market adjustment .

Called in to try to get some "Warranty work" done. It's like you have to twist some arms just to get anything done... for a simple repair ... I have to drive around with a broken part for over a week. I will update my review after my appointment, but I'm not predicting any warm and fuzzes. They really need to get some better people working there.Update ... Canceled the appointment and got the work done someplace else.

Well a final update: My truckHad a throttle control screw that had worked its way loose. Something you can only discover by a professional diagnosis. But to get to the screw and put it all back together was the Additional labor. A winner. No parts needed. An overview by one of the few Vintage Truck mechanics in Town. I can pick it up tomorrow for less than half of my personal WAG of the $ result. Thanks TN for your assistance. They are near the corner of 22nd and Swan. On the North side of 22 Nd. A Good Result I Say.
