I’ve been going to this store for years and always recieved great service. The staff has always been accommodating and friendly. After making a large purchase for an engagement ring we wanted to buy a wedding band to complete the package. My best friend is military and they offer 10% off. Each time it was discussed that he was buying it for us it clearly bothered the staff. After going in today we got the displeasure of dealing with an associate bearing an attitude. Absolutely unwarranted and unappreciated for her to speak to us with anything other then appreciation for our business. She did say “Godspeed” when we left. Which ultimately was perfect as we left there thinking the same to that Tiffany’s store. Order online..same thing and you don’t have to deal with uppity associates. ✌️

Tyler made our birthday feel special. I love the Tiffany brand, highly recommend to anyone who wants to make someone feel special. I bought my daughter earrings, and I will be back. Again

Ty was so nice. Greeted us at the door and noticed we had a receipt for a pick up. She gave us some great info about my jewelry. Very helpful, I'll definitely be back to see her again. Thank you again

Salesperson was extremely rude. I went to pick up an online order so I guess my business didn't matter to her. She pulled it out saying let's make sure it is okay and then she wouldn't let me look at it. She immediately shoved it in the bag and wrapped it up. I tried to make small talk and she shoved the bag at me and interrupted with thank you, have a nice day, and a plastic smile. I won't bother to go back.

If you are looking for the perfect jewelry for you or someone you love, please go and see Denise. She helped me and my husband find the perfect piece of jewelry. She was super friendly, informative, and helpful. Sadly, we had an issue with the jewelry, and she went the extra mile to make it right. I will always be thankful for her, and we will not be buying from a different representative as long as she continues to be part of the store.

So I bought my wife a bracelet for Xmas and I bought her a small. Well it was too small buy two
Lengths. At this location we brought it in and the lady said that is a good fit. Well we had troubles putting it on. So another older woman came over and agreed it was too small. So I didn’t realize they were going charge us to add the links $80 dollars. Turn around was 4 weeks which isn’t too bad. Shane co. Has in house service and jewelers. Tiffany should really think about it. Anyway it a beautiful bracelet and she loves it.

I love this location, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’ve been a tiffany’s collector for 23 years. I can say this location is by far my favorite.. quick turnaround time for items, being serviced, customer service is always very helpful in finding the item I am looking for.

For some reason the past 20,000 times I’ve come at around 5:30pm it’s cute to close the store early even though they say it closes at 7. I’ve been wanting to see a few things in store, but it’s not catered to people who have to come in toward a later time in the evening. So I’m thoroughly annoyed, I’ll keep my business back home in LA and not on business trips in Tucson for my jewelry.

If I could give zero stars I would, one of the most awful shopping experiences ever. Immediately the sales associate was rude and had an attitude, she took one look at my boyfriend and I and assumed we couldn't afford anything in the store. The rings are beautiful but her cheap appearance turned me off from buying from what is supposed to be a high end elegant jeweler.
