“Outstanding service. Exceptional care. No wonder Buck’s Automotive Service was voted Best of Tucson 2025! Due to recently relocating to Tucson, I needed to find a good and honest auto mechanic. I went to my go-to source for reliable automotive repair service information; AAA. I searched for the closest AAA approved auto repair facility and found Buck’s Automotive Service Center. By chance I had just read about Buck’s in the “Best of Tucson 2025” and I also read the many positive reviews Buck’s had on the web. I already had a tire in mind that I like and Carl was quick to order it and set the appointment with no up-selling bull. Very good prices as well. Service was quick. Gave me a couple recommendations at the end that I had prior knowledge of (oil leak), and sent me on my way. I first stoped by this location soon after my first granddaughter was born and my van needed brake services. I remember walking in there only because it was convenient. Same parking as a Peter Piper Pizza with a merry go round, I was a new grandfather with a tight schedule…
..now my granddaughter is now“16” and I have 7 grandchildren and PPP CLOSED their doors long ago!
Just this week I realized again and appreciate the consistent great services received. I appreciate the BrakeMax staff. they complete their work on time with pride, exemplifying they stand behind each and every service for me and my family.
Most and especially in the last year or so I’ve experienced a change for the better and I attribute it to the staff there at this location. They have put together an exceptional team . I go out of my way to continue to make it back to this same location.
Marcell at the front counter and Bill in the car bay area have earned my respect and loyalty. Those two have lead their team to a WIN on each and every vehicle I’ve presented . I currently walk in and leave with confidence that the services were well done and done right. Right the first time to out last the warranty.
