Their great and helpful and it's a team effort. You be in pain at first which is due to the infection fighting back from the antibiotics, but, as time goes by, the pain does drop, so I'm told. Just depends on long you wait to see a doctor. Go ASAP, don't wait or try to do it in your own, like what I tried to do. Just go,

The staff are considerate and patient about answering questions and making you feel comfortable. I was there for some shots I take once a month and they had me wait the first time to make sure I didn't have a reaction.

I have a standing appointment every week with this infusion center. I would never want to go anywhere else as this place has the best nurses, Nurse Practitioner, PCTs, patient care coordinator, housekeeper, & other staff. I have been going to the TMC infusion for almost 5 years. Everyone is like a family there & you know you are going to have the most amazing care. I have never had an infection in my central line as they ensure they have highest standards with regards to infection control. It's not easy having a chronic illness sitting in doctor's offices & hospitals. At least I know when I go to my weekly appointment at this Infusion, I will be well taken care of & have my extended family by my side. Thank you to all of the amazing people that work at this TMC infusion center. I am blessed to have them!

Had a positive experience at this facility. Encountered friendly people and a clean facility. They were efficient and got us through with not too much waiting. Very much appreciate that!
