“I love the children's book variety and selection here. The staff is happy to help and the store is very organized and clean. They also have fun toys from my own childhood! Parking is limited on the street side of the store, but there is plenty of parking in the rear. Follow the signs.”

“If you’re into vintage hunting and don’t mind putting in a little effort to find a gem, Generation Cool is definitely your kind of spot.
First off—this place is a little tricky to find, so keep your eyes peeled. Once you’re inside though, it totally delivers on the vibe. Think curated vintage meets treasure hunt. It leans more on the pricier side for thrifting, but you can tell a lot of the pieces are intentionally selected and very on-trend right now.
Where this place really shines? The t-shirt situation. It’s basically a massive tee lover’s playground. Bins and racks full of vintage graphics—you could easily walk out with a full haul if you’re willing to dig a bit.
I also loved the unexpected retro toy selection. We’re talking He-Man, Ninja Turtles, and all kinds of nostalgic throwbacks that make the space feel fun and not just fashion-focused.
Pricing-wise, yeah—it’s a little high for thrift, but they do have some $5 bins that are worth flipping through if you’re in the mood to hunt for a deal.
Overall, it’s one of those places where you will find something. It just depends on how much you’re willing to spend and how deep you want to dig. I’d definitely come back.”
“A very well taken franchise location, even on busy Saturdays the staff are all so lovely and calm among the chaos. I was able to easily find what I was looking for and be helped, all my questions were answered and they are patient while still being prompt and moving things along. There were about 3 families in front of me when I arrived this Saturday and I waited about 10/15 minutes for my turn. Everyone still got the same warm and welcoming care with the build a bear charm thrown in. I appreciate that even as an adult buying a plush for myself they still go through the making a wish on a heart building process, the kindness ,compassion, and child like spirit for all ages is what keeps me coming back to build a bear even in my 30's. I've been a pokemon fan since they released when I was 3 and it's a very special kind of joy to pickup a friend in real life that I've had for 30 years in a game.
Build a Bear is a wonderful experience every time I go and I recommend it highly to everyone no matter your age.”
