“All my experiences in using Medstar Medical Transport have been great, especially with the drivers, such as Maverick, he takes the time to make sure I am comfortable after securing my wheelchair and that the air-conditioning is at a good temperature and that the fan is not too high. “Great place, showed up approximately 7 and 1/2 hours early. Was assigned a door immediately. Loading took about an hour. Only complaint was port a pottie for a bathroom, but it was clean so it's all good.”

(Titan now has 3 driving schools; Shelbyville Tennessee, West Chester Ohio, and Tucson Arizona.)You can go home weekly or stay out for months at a time. I have a great driver manager. Their main office is in Shelbyville Tennessee. This is not a push over company. This company works hard to keep with newer equipment and up-to-date safety training. “Some employees don’t speak English. Most prefer to speak Spanish. I tried calling the office in Tucson and was told no employees speak English.They make frequent stops and are flexible to accommodate riders who pickups and drop offs in specific places. You definitely should plan extra time for those frequent stops in Amado, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Rio Rico etc.etc.I found them to be very polite and accommodating to all customers. Best thing is the price. In April 2024 only $15 one way Tucson to Nogales”

“Was escorting a student to their house, but midway, we were informed that the house was empty, and that their mother had attempted to change the drop-off to an arcade they frequent and will be recognized at and will be picked up by their mother later ahead of the trip's date.
However, the mother unintentionally got in touch with Sun Shuttle instead of Handicar, and instead of dropping them off at their house and calling it a day, they course-corrected without a fuss, drove them to the arcade and we walked them inside making sure they were recognized and will be safely taken care of.
There wasn't a fight over the phone, just corrected miscommunications and took care of them.
They're good people who'll listen to you and accommodate with reason when escorting people around town.”
