If I could give this place (Travelodge/Red Rock Inn) no stars, I would. For starters, the $49.99/night weeknight price is dishonest. That rate is for a weekly stay, but the sign does not indicate that. So, my final bill came to over seventy dollars. The room itself is a complete garbage dump. It is loaded with roaches of all sizes, just openly scurrying about with no fear in the world, and there are stains and splatters of questionable nature all over the walls. The faucet handle for the shower/bathtub does not work and you are liable to pull the whole thing out of the wall trying to get it to do so. If you get hot water at all, it will take ten minutes or so to warm up. Don't even get me started on the heating/AC box which makes the shower faucet look like a peach! Also... the room smells like very recent smoking took place in there, in defiance of the allegedly strict no-smoking policy. The young man at the reception desk with a goatee and close-cropped hair was relatively polite and came to my unit a couple times trying to get stuff to operate. He finally reassigned me to a different unit, upstairs. The heating unit here was a little more functional... not by much. Travel Inn on the other side of the E-B I-10 frontage road, on the other side of 22nd/Starr Pass (half a block away, in the same direction, within easy sight of here) costs you a bit more, and is nothing great, but everything there actually works. This is bullsh... and obviously, I am not returning, anytime soon or ever.

I was locked out of my room accidentally and it took the staff 10 hours to let me back in. They had a total lack of disregard for my needs let alone the fact I had paid good money to be there. The assistant manager was the most done professional woman I've ever dealt with.

supposed to be non-smoking room. When we walked in it REEKED of smoke! It was so bad we choked on it (and I'm a smoker!) There were burn holes in the blanket AND the mattress!!!! We were so tired we just sucked it up and took a shower - discovered there was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth for a king size bed room. There is a coffee maker but they had only provided decaf coffee. The kid at the desk was a new hire and not familiar with anything, he couldn't provide me with any sort of receipt because he said the printer was broken. - We were exhausted and just made due with what we had - but will never stay here again! It stunk and there were not enough towels.

Couldn't shower because the Foust in the bath tube was broken. Morning staff didn't resolve my issue, I was told I check out soon anyways. The back door was broke and I couldn't use it. Then the fridge never got cool so my cold drinks turned hot.worst experience I've ever had.

This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon booking a month in advance I requested a ground level room and told them that I wouldn't book if I didn't get ground level, they told me that I would have it so I booked the room. I got to the hotel and was told that they don't guarantee ground level and wouldn't refund my money. I had no choice but to take the room. There was no breakfast even though the website says they have breakfast. The room was filthy, the paint was coming off the walls, disgusting bathroom and the AC unit was falling off the wall. The AC unit had mold and water damage inside it as well. This place is by far the worst I have ever seen and I wouldn't stay here again if it was free of charge. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars for a better place, it won't be hard to find because it can't possibly get worse than this.

The tile in the bathroom md caulking made it look dirty. Towels were old and rough. The pictures make the place look better than it actually is. One of the toilets by the pool was very gross. Had a run down look and feel to it. Breakfast wasn't great

Bad experience checking in. Used third party but my confirmation were correct and front desk did not know what they were doing. Took me over 2 hours to check in and had to call third party for assistance since front desk didn't know what they were doing and said it was third party issue. To me it seems like lack of training issue on Ramada's side. Breakfast service was bad as well. Don't recommend at all unless you want to waste your time!

Upon checking in I found hair in the room coffee maker, and then more on the bathroom counter. There was mildew in the tub/shower area. 1 single bar of soap to share between sink and shower. There was a whirlpool advertised but it was filled with cold water, and now way to turn on the jets. Both the whirlpool and the regular pool were in need of cleaning since you could visibly see dirt etc. in them. Breakfast room had no knives so forget about spreading anything or cutting anything. Breakfast all four days consisted of dry scrambled eggs, and dried sausage pattys. There was a waffle maker but if you can’t spread butter or cut the waffle or the sausage patty. You have to just pick them in huge chunks to bite them. The coffee was see through brown water. Juice machine was broken. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless you don’t have any choice.

The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly. We went down to breakfast once and they were out of a lot of the breakfast food, other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed there 9 days this time. The building and rooms are nice. The rooms have doors adjoining the next room which makes them them quite noisy because you hear the people in the next room quite well. They didn't have any hand or shower soap the entire time we were there in the room. It seems as if they were always out of one thing or another in their breakfast room everyday, which made things feel incomplete.

Building needs to be condemned, it seems like it was at one time a Motel 6. It's a very old building and they try to make it look upscale by painting the building, which they did a bad job doing. There's only one ice machine which is near the main lobby. The bathrooms are tiny. .

The peep hole on our door was missing. We arrived late so did not notice. The next day, we noticed that anyone could look into our room and see us. This was disturbing. We had to move rooms and this was a hassle. There was no attempt to either reimburse or upgrade us. What was worse is the peep hole was not fixed but they put another guest in that room.

This hotel is a dump! Save your money and sleep in your car. My husband and I flew into Texas from Los Angeles to pickup a vehicle and drive it back, which is over 20 hours of driving. We had been up for over 24 hours and decided to get some rest. Now I can only blame us for not checking the ratings and reviews before I booked on Priceline. I knew we were in trouble as soon as we drove up, but we were exhausted so fingers crossed. The room felt dirty when we walked in, I pulled back the covers to find soiled sheets, I put the covers back and sleep in my clothes on of the covers. One of the towels in the bath room was also soiled. We checked in after 11:00pm and checked out before 5:00am the next day not much sleep was had.

Front desk worker is coughing and sneezing and I left asked for refund and they didn't give me a refund. They need to start following the feder government covid 19 standards I will be reporting this business to the authorities.
