AN AWFUL SERVICE, The first teller lady I spoke to was loud and quick to dismiss when I said id like to open an account. I was told my drivers license should have actual address or I should bring a utility bill with address which I didn't have. The next day I visited with proof from mvd that I applied for change of address. And another banker also quick to dismiss would not accept proof I had and did not offer the option utility bill. I was so frustrated with this experience I therefore went to Pima federal and it was the complete opposite a GOOD SERVICE. Alejandro.

JUST TERRIBLE. THEY STATED TO ME THAT THEY ONLY ARE ALLOWED ONE TELLER. LONG LINES DON'T MATTER TO TUCSON FED. THEY ARE WANTING CUSTOMERS TO DO EVERYTHING ON LINE.....

I've been with Tucson Federal credit Union for at least 20 years or better never had a bad issue never had a problem with them I think it's a good credit union and I think it's a safe place to put your finances

Worst experience EVER ... you guys should be more user friendly, a mission to get something done. And scheduling is 3 weeks out mon-fri. Horrible experience you guys lost a loan I got from quebedeaux GMC for $61,000, TFCU had offered me the lowest interest rate but I refused and wen't with ally financial... didn't care there rate was 1% higher than what TFCU was offering... Pride!Three reasons1. Non-Usage Fees?????2. Closing accounts is a mission and a half... not good experience.3. D all of the above made me refuse a lower interest rate I had been offered by dealership to finance with TFCU.Years ago I was going through financial stress and TFCU helped me get a title loan and made me open a Savings account (I didn't want) never used by the way. Opened a credit card.Paid everything off the loan completely and was getting better creditcards offers with rewards, something TFCU wasn't.Two years laterStarted receiving notices I've been missing for 3 months... no call at all, just by email in regards to statements. Found it odd when I had a zero balance.TFCU was charging me non usage fees.It gets worse,To close the account was the world's hardest made!I called set up and appointment cuz of covid yall have restrictions.... blah blah I followed them scheduling 3 weeks from then... but it was the end of the month so they were going to charge me again non-Usage fees. FML... rep. Stated I needed to do it over online that she couldn't help... I DOC-sign everything and submitted... this bank forgot to close my savings and then my savings account (I never used) was charging me fees for not having multiple accounts with them.Was over it...you guys are not helpful.TOOK ME 3 MONTHS.SEPTEMBER AND ALREADY IN DECEMBER REQUESTING THIS.

Gosh, this has to be the nicest bank/credit Union as far as customer service goes that I’ve ever been to. Whether in person or over the phone every interaction I have here is incredibly pleasant.

No customer service and will not do anything you ask that other branches willUpdate they must have had a change of heart and made it right. I still don't know why they were so rude but after my review they made it right! Thank you
