Great place. I've had a lot of trouble finding places that will take on my '97 Jaguar. They were totally fine with it. Eric and his boss were efficient and upfront. I feel confident taking my car there and highly recommend. Thanks so much for your help today guys!

"Keith" is an amazing mechanic. He is more knowledgeable about cars than anyone I have ever had work on my cars. He has an amazing ability to diagnose issues that most others mechanics miss completely! If you have car problems, Keith is the solution.

Found out today from another in town mechanic shop, Eric shop called (Tucson Foreign Cars) him and his crew of crooks mechanics took my $ 5,000.00 worth of payment from 2022 and 2021, and didn't fix or repair nothing, found out from an oil change at Walmart that my spark plungs were not replaced with new one but reuse old plugs. I highly recommend no one every do business with Tucson Foreign Cars as long as Eric is the owner, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ERIC SHOP AND I PLAN TO SUE.....IServices: Auto brake repair

I recently purchased an 08 Jag from an auction and wanted any recommendations as well as an oil change. I left with an oil change and filter. I was told to come back in 5000 miles or if the check engine light comes on. Wonderful!!

Took my BMW for a new starter and it cost 300.00 less than the other local bmw repair garages. They got me in the next day, and fixed it within 2 hours. where my old shop always says sorry, no appts for two weeks. I wish I would have found them sooner. They are busy which means business is good. Will definitely go back for any car repairs in the future.

Had a punctured coolant reservoir, Eric & co. got the repair done on a Friday afternoon when the dealer said they couldn't do it for another two weeks! Great job.

I been using this business for about 10 years, I think the mechanics are very good. However recently I took my 2000 Honda Accord 2.3 to have a new timing belt service and wheel alignment done. They had the car for 2 days which is fine I paid my bill and left. The next day I was changing the oil and was adding oil to the engine. I looked underneath and oil was leaking out very badly, I took a look and determined it was the valve cover gasket. I called back to Tucson Foreign car and talked to Eric the owner. I told him what I had found, he told me the valve cover gasket should be changed every time when the valve cover was removed. It clearly was not replaced causing the leak. He said bring it back in and they would look at it, I asked would I be charged for the repair he said yes for parts only. I said ok. But after thinking about what he told me earlier they did not follow there own guidelines that the valve cover gasket should always be changed. So They called and said the car was ready, I went in and charged me $42 for a $13 felpro gasket that you can buy on Amazon all day long. Eric made up the labor by jacking the price of the part. This did not sit well with me! I told him that your procedure was not followed, He agreed. Eric customer skills need a lot of work, he was very cold to me and did not handle my issue properly, he should have ate the repair and charged me nothing. Most shops say customer service is number one priority, I don’t think so! I could have gone to any number of repair shops, I am not sure I will go back to his shop. Every business owner should always say we really appreciate your business! I barely got a thank you!Services: Steering/Suspension

My brake wear check light came on… took to a tire shop in Oro Valley, was told I needed rear brakes inclusive of calipers, rotors and pads with a quote of $1100.I called Eric at Tucson Foreign Auto and he quoted me less than half. When I dropped car off I got a call back within an hour… rear brakes were FINE and had been done recently… front brakes at 50%.I am grateful to have found an honest mechanic… he has been my mothers mechanic for years and well worth the drive whatever part of Tucson you are in.Service: Brakes

These guys are HONEST! My mother who is not in any way mechanically inclined or very physically mobile was complaining about a sound coming from our newer BMW just of warranty. Read the reviews on Yelp and gave them a call hoping for the best since I would pay for the repairs and I don't live locally. The problem was a piece of plastic dragging on the ground that just needed to be cut off. They removed the plastic for free. They could have said and charged anything, but they didn't. Nice guys and I will use them again if the need arises because I think they are trustworthy. Thanks for the good customer experience!

How many auto shop owners do you know will accompany a customer to a different repair shop upon hearing about another auto shop's dishonest dealings with that customer!? Erik, the owner and master mechanic of Tucson Foreign Car Specialists (TFCS) will! Erik took time from his busy schedule and lunch break to personally hear the other shop's excuses for not providing timely warranty repairs. Erik and his staff not only completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner but did so at one-third the cost of the other shop's original charges. Every customer hopes their auto repair facility sincerely prioritizes their customer's best interest and customer experience at heart but as of now Erik and the TFCS staff exemplify that commitment!
