Terrible service. Sent a relative to check out a car that was on their website and they didn't even bother running her credit. They straight up told her don't even bother. I don't know what's going on in the car business but that's very unprofessional.

I don't consider the process of buying a new car to be an enjoyable experience, but Tacoma Subaru made it relative pain free, quick and simple. My wife and I started the process by doing research online to pick out the make and model vehicle that might work for us, what a fair price might be for it, then we scheduled a test drive through Tucson Subaru's website. I was quickly contacted by Kevin G., the Internet Sales Manager. We had a good visit with Kevin and took a test drive. There was no sales pressure. Back at home we decided to buy the car that we test drove. We reached a deal with Kevin completely via email within a day or two of the test drive. Back at the dealership a couple of days later it took under two hours to complete the purchase. While some extra items were offered during the buying process (e.g.: extended service agreement, maintenance contracts, subscriptions, etc.) there was no pressure to buy anything we didn't want. Overall it was a good new car buying experience and we can highly recommend Tucson Subaru.

I really wished it hadn't come to this but I feel so disheartened with how my car and I have been treated by this dealership. We have purchased 5 subies from Subaru Tucson, had them serviced exclusively at the dealership. However, Customer Service used to be fabulous, is not the same. Subaru Tucson used to be amazing! My how the mighty have fallen. Will not be coming back. Two thumbs down. If you want to be treated with respect and be taken seriously, save your time and money and take your subie elsewhere.

Tucson Subaru was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Sean Johnson was a pleasure to work with from the first email. He responded promptly, stayed late to meet with me for a test drive, and was professional and thorough throughout the entire process. They were one of the few dealerships I spoke with that agreed to let me have the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic before purchasing and made that process easy. Everyone I worked with was friendly and fast (Traci was great, too!). Highly recommend! The whole operation felt legitimate- you don't get that creepy car salesperson vibe.

The worst car dealership in Tucson. They treated myself and my boyfriend with total disrespect. We are Seniors, Thomas is a Marine disabled Vet, we just wanted to test drive a car...the whole experience was awful, we wound up being asked to leave because the "manager" said he didn't think we could have a "relationship" with us...Huh? They missed out of a possible $70,000 worth of sales...but hey if you believe that a sales person can get in your face, almost hit you and bark at you to "sit down"....well they are the place for you....for us...I will never cross a Subaru dealership again...because of what happened here...they apparently have some sort of crazy policy that if you contact someone from the internet that you can only deal with them....well that was news to us....we had no idea what was about to happen! We just wanted to test drive a car and purchase one...but no these people got pissed I believe at my boyfriends T-shirt...and hat. They wrote back on our google review that they felt berated by Thomas? Really how? He even asked the manager to work with us to sell us a car...but no....we weren't the right customers for them....I've never felt so horrid at a car dealership...it's business...not personal, and no one builds "relationships" selling a car...these people have issues...worst experience ever...and will never say anything good about them. And really to be honest, I think they were discriminating against us. We are white, seniors/veteran and apparently were not "their" kind of customer....the world has changed.

This review is for the Sales department. We like the car we purchased here and our sales consultant KEVIN was fantastic!! Most of the salespeople we dealt with at other dealerships were terrible (rude, no car knowledge, pushy, arrogant, etc). But Kevin was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was down to earth, not pushy at all yet showed his desire to help us. He really listened to what we were looking for without judging us and quickly matched us with the perfect car. My wife and I appreciated his style and services and will recommend him and this Subaru dealership to all of our friends and family! Additional note: The cars we were shown were clean and the actual signing process went pretty quickly. Good experience!

Today we paid an unexpected visit to Tucson Subaru due to a nail we found in our tire. Service department was able to promptly schedule us an appointment to have our tire repaired. Thanks go to Dan and the service team for taking care of our tire! While waiting we also had a great experience with Daniel and Tony in sales. Thank you for a positive first time impromptu car shopping experience for my son. We didn't leave with a car, but appreciate the sincere advice given to my son to help him be better prepared as he looks to purchase his first vehicle. Best to you all!

My review is with mixed feelings regarding the Service Department. After purchasing a new Subaru Ascent from Tucson Subaru my vehicle had a few rattles in the dashboard and front doors. Also the front brakes were making a squealing sound when coming to a slow stop. As hard as the Service Department tries they cannot fix the rattles even though they add extra padding to the problem areas. As for the brakes, they have been looked over and the mechanic claims nothing appears to be wrong. Yet the brakes are getting worse and making more noise. It's great that a loaner car is always provided when I bring in my vehicle, over and over again, however it's frustrating and time consuming yet no fixes are completed to my satisfaction. I contacted Subaru Corp and they are of no help. A District Service Manager was to contact me regarding my complaints. It's five weeks later and no one has contacted me. I called Tucson Subaru three days ago, left a voice message with the Service Department and still no one has called me back. It's fair to say this will be my last Subaru.

We broke down and were looking to purchase a new car here in Tucson. We are from North Carolina, so we're a ling way from home. This is rhe response we received regarding purchasing a new car. Due to the fact that we would not be servicing our car here (as was explained by CJ over the phone). Walter, I am sorry to inform you that we are not able to sell you a vehicle. Due to our lack of inventory for the local market. This has been a policy going on since September 2021 and will be going on until the inventory situation changes and we have 400 new cars back on the lot. Good luck in finding the right Vehicle. Today's service definitely earned them 5 stars. I have over 98,000 miles on my 2017 Subaru Forester and have had maintenance at multiple Subarus in the states of Colorado, Louisiana, California, and Arizona. This one has the best customer service!!!! Shout out the Chris V. as my Service Advisor today. He was so thorough and nice in explaining all the details of my car's report. Service advisors country wide should be more like him. Thank you so much for the updates, explanations, and just being nice! My car was having some issues with the key getting stuck in the ignition, along with some weird fan noise I was hearing. Not only did they fix that, their inspection found a few other things off, and fixed that as well under the warranty. Thank you again Tucson Subaru!!!

I bought my used GMC from CJ Nicholes and sales man Chris Smith and financed through Subaru with Loui, great guy! All three men took care of me from start to finish. No issues and if I brought anything to their attention, they rectified immediately. I would not recommend people lightly. I just moved here to AZ and this is well deserved Tucson Subaru must know they have great people representing their dealer. They are the real deal!
