About Twin Palms Mobile Home Park
Twin Palms Mobile Home Park is under new ownership and management. Reviews indicate a mix of experiences. Some residents report significant problems, stating the property has become filthy, the roads are in very poor condition with many potholes, and there are no amenities. They allege unfair practices, including water bills that are split between residents without individual meters, with trash and sewer not included in the lot rent. These reviewers describe it as a "money pit" and advise buyers to beware. However, other reviews praise the new management, describing them as very nice, easy to communicate with, extremely competent, and excellent. The maintenance crew is noted as amazing and always helpful. These residents find the park a great place to buy or rent, describing it as quiet and safe with friendly residents. They feel the management works with people, not against them, and is trying to accommodate everyone. The location in the Flowing Wells area is also seen as convenient.
