Had no problem fueling up a few weeks ago here but now the hose is broken depending on who is working that day. Thing is they havent told corporate or notified anyone that it needs to be fixed per corporate. Ifyou dont want to work just say that

I put a star because it is necessary to put my comment. otherwise I don't give a single star to the service with the girl named Ammie. she really has a very bad attitude, and she doesn't answer your questions. she does her job with a bad face. BAD SERVICE!

I always thought a reservation meant that they would hold something of value for you whether it be an airline seat or truck rental etc. Well I guess that's not the case for U-Haul. I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance only to find when I went to pick it up they had given it away. They not only made me wait for a truck, but there are no seats in the building so I , with a bad back and neck had to stand for over 1 1/2 hour. When the truck finally arrived it was filthy and had mechanical issues. The only solution was to put me in a larger truck that cost more and when I tried to rent it, we discovered it too was still full of refuse and junk that whoever had rented it before left behind!So that left me with no truck, no way to get another truck, as it was now past 3 p.m. and I would have to do the foot work. Adding insult to injury I find that now they don't actually do anything other than enter info on a laptop and YOU have to do the inspections and God forbid if you don't have a cell phone you cannot rent a truck! Now the worst part is I had to coordinate a group of people for a move that not only is difficult but now I will not be able to assemble those same people and I have to start all over.For a senior I do not need this in my life so from now on it will NOT be U-Haul!1265 E Benson Hwy, Tucson, AZ 85713

Aimee, an employee there, lacked basic customer service skills to the lowest level. There was nothing wrong or any dispute, but her demeanor and attitude was so unfriendly. She is the definition of why people don't come back for repeat business.

If I could I would give this place half a star. They are absolutely the worst in every since of the word. Everyone should avoid them at all cost if possible. They are unprofessional, never prepared and they lack customer service, this includes the call centers. They all need to be fired from their job and have better training on what is actually customer service.

Horrible customer service! Was told I could store a tow dolly here, charged and when I got there they refused. They called the Manager and said she said no and refused our request to talk with her or anyone else at U-Haul! Had to call corporate to get our money back. If you have to use U-Haul, go to a different location.

Today was the last time I ever try to buy propane here. Apparently they "don't have the staffing to dispense propane"LAME! Don't waste your time here!

First month was supposed to be free was charged. Spoke with someone at U-Haul was supposed to receive a call. Never did. Went there to move some items back door was not functioning properly, could not be secured properly. Inside was 90+ degrees. Which is not climate controlled. Moved my stuff out due to the security issues. Went back to return my key card. Storage was 95 degrees. Not great. You are charging for climate control it should be climate controlled. Spoke with someone about the issues. Was met with a shrug. Do not recommend.

This is how it went. In person i said I need to move 3 vehicles. Heres what they are. A 67 lincoln from midtown to three points A 81 Chevy van from three points to midtown and a small Honda from midtown to three-point. U haul says ok here's the perfect thing for you first trailer was flat so we switched trailers. We move the Lincoln day 1 went great. Day 2 we go to move the van. the straps that came on the trailer don't fit because one was ripped about 3 inches so I call them and tell them. U haul says cool bring it back no charge for the waisting of your time. I bring it back now they say. I have to pay for the days and I wasn't supposed to move anything but the Lincoln with the trailer. Why does one employee say one thing and the other employee says something completely different. And guess what. The manager says she will retrain at my expense $375 later.

Just moved cross country and been getting the runaround and deliberately lied to by every other U-Haul around and in NH and my ubox was MIA for about 5 days. A trip here in person cleared up 2 weeks of stress by talking to the friendly and professional female manager. She personally fixed our issues with speed and explainations that made sense. Unfortunately I forgot to get her name but she's a real credit to U-Haul and the only person I felt has been honest and cared about my issue since I've started this adventure. Would give more stars if I could to this location. The other employees were also very helpful and friendly
