Nicholas and Colin are some of the finest individuals on this side of Tucson. Honestly, we need more folks around here just like them. I've kept my storage rental for years when I could have discontinued use — simply because of their pleasant demeanor.
I've tried referring friends to U-Haul Moving & Storage at Reid Park and they always rent elsewhere simply because of the neighborhood.
How can you expect improvement if you refuse to lay any groundwork yourself? That said, it's incredible that this facility is a bowling artifact of a better time, a time when more folks were just like Nicholas and Colin.

This U-Haul location provides always a great, excellent, friendly, and prompt service. I have been renting both trucks/vans as well as storage units and am very happy with the service.

This location don't keep the trucks clean. Everyone is lazy about there job here. Also will charge you for things that you said no for.

Big store full of everything you can think of regarding storage, moving, packing, etc. The store is very busy. Came right at opening.

Excellent experience the staff makes all the difference. Friendly, Professional, RESPECTFUL! I'm a disabled female veteren, ease of renting and returning truck quickly and efficiently comfortably, made so easy for me, which is a very big deal, I'm agorophobic with panic disorder I can't say enough about staff at this location, it is a very big deal for me. Thanks so very much to them! They make me laugh too! Awesomeness!

Had wiring installed on my van. Professionally done and in a reasonably short time. They even topped off my washer fluid and made sure my tires were at the proper pressure. Great guys.

fantastic u-haul spot, have used this location several times, always well taken care of by tony and his team. equipment is in great shape, they get you in n out quickly, place is pro! highly recommended.

The friendliest and most helpful staff. They do get busy. I've been working with them for years, from trucks, storage and packing materials/boxes.
They're so popular that often their phone goes to a call center.

The two people I met there very friendly. My agent guy Kofi was super nice. I went in there in need of truck to tow a trailer, wasn't sure the truck was the right fit because I needed Break Control, was going to rent it out anyway for 1 day instead of 2 days, but Kofi was willing to refund the rental if it didn't work out. How cool was that?! Would definitely rent from these guys again. If you go there ask for Kofi, tell him Sam sent you!

First off made reservations over phone, the lady sent me
To place that wasn't open that day for a holy holiday. I got another uhall and they say they don't have a truck available. I got across town and the people said the place that didn't have a truck has one now. Then that location didn't accept cash deposit, so I had to go put money on my prepaid card. Then I come back and it still took 15 minutes before my money posted on the card. Needless to say it was over an hour and a half delay. I was not happy .
