Staff was very helpful and gave excellent service answered all questions and concerns, I wasn't able to keep up with my payments, paid the settlement fee and get all my belongings out . would recommend .

Great place helpful but never answer the phone.No matter what time of morning or day. Then on top of that you get transferred to a Ivr that does not have a option to reach a person.

No issues aside from a lackadaisical staff who are not helpful or return phone calls at all. Rent increases multiple times a year, more than $50 in 2.5 years

BEWARE!!! This place is not secure at all. My unit was broken in and half my stuff was stolen. Management couldn’t care less about what happened. On several instances I went and found broken locks and units that had been broken in. I was told none of the cameras work. And one of the workers seems particularly sketchy.

I do not recommend renting an indoor storage unit from this location. I currently rent an indoor storage unit and run into issues where I can only sometimes access my storage unit due to the card reader internet service going out regularly, leaving me needing access to my belongings. 1. There is no customer service onsite. Customer service is down the street at another Uhaul location; this is only a minor complaint. 2. Customer service at 1265 E Benson Hwy could be more helpful and valuable. However, you will leave in frustration because all you get is a Gen Z behind the desk who talks with her customers wearing giant aviator sunglasses and has nothing of value to add to the conversation. 3. I've canceled multiple camping and backpacking trips due to my inability to access my belongings due to system issues. 4. Uhaul has no physical way to access the building: no lock and key entry, side door, secret tunnel access, nothing. 5. Cars tailgate constantly, and homeless people are an issue at this site. You won't feel safe if you're alone. This complaint is a minor drop in the Uhaul bucket that will fall on AMERCO deaf ears, but hopefully will resonate with readers. Uhaul 23,000 locations. 4,600,000 rentable square feet. 5,400,000 jobs. I can't even get a courtesy call/text when the building is fully operational.

horrible manager. sat there and scrolled through his phone while he told us to figure out a solution for his location being overbooked. showed absolutely no concern. terrible experience.

This location is no longer 24hrs so you can't get into your unit at night. No one answers the number or works the front desk during the day. There was a paper on the window that said something about them moving locations so I wasn't able to get any help during the day either. I had to leave town without my things.

Just another scam artist to add to the bunch. Clearly states FREE month of storage WITH truck rental. I drive an hour and a half to drop stuff at storage and they tell me they won't honor the free month. So here we are with a 20 foot truck full of everything we own and no where to put it. It is a scam and another business with NO integrity.

Was told when renting a truck that I would get a complementary first month of storage for free at this facility. However upon checking out they charged me for the first month, when I said that I only chose the location because of the offer they said that it's only if you taking a a truck one way. I told them that's exactly what I'm doing and they said well actually we can't give you that offer because our units are near capacity. False advertising I never would have reserved a unit here if I hadn't been lied to about a free first month.

Visited website on prices for a rental trailer or small truck on late notice they jumped to help me. great communication and friendly ended up not renting but highly recommend

I would really like someone to andswer My call and let me know if the gate is fixed I went last week and wasted time and money to remove my stuff and havent been able to get ahold of anyone to see if the gate is fixed or if they will be compensating the trip for the money spent to go clean the storage out, but couldn't get in.
