Fantastic Chevron station! I stopped here to rent a U-Haul and was blown away by the excellent service. The store was spotless and impressively well-stocked, and the outside grounds were equally clean. The staff were super friendly, professional, and quick, answering all my questions with ease. Whether you're picking up a U-Haul, grabbing a snack, or fueling up your vehicle, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with UHaul. In the many, many times I used vehicles, I have never experienced such horrible customer service (took 35 min to pick up and another 40 min to drop off as the worker kept helping other customers in between and then argued with me about the fuel after when the vehicle clearly leaked the fuel out--about 2 gallons). The truck was dirty at the top (not an issue for me though) and they added a feature that I did not want (Safe Move for an additional $15). Upon return, I put $9.22 in fuel, which leaked out all over the floor and quickly called the worker (same guy). He finally came out and said that I still had to put gas and would get charged. I showed him that it leaked and even took a video. He said, it doesn't matter, that I needed to have the truck filled (I told him this is impossible as it clearly leaked). He called his boss and never came outside. I had to go back inside and he said his boss told him I needed to fill it up and it is separate. I told him I would complain to UHaul and have social media assist or reviews. He said ok. I will never go to this location EVER again.

Skip this place! A very unhelpful lady was working here. After finally getting the rental figured out, she gave me the most filthy, caked-on dirty van there was available. Being this dirty, the sludge got all over my hands, clothes, and moved items. Save the headache, go 1 mile further to the other U-Haul location in the area.

DO NOT GO HERE! The lady (only person who works there) is HORRIBLY rude and mean! She started yelling at me saying i didnt know what I wanted and to send someone in for me who knows what I want. I told her exactly what I needed three times and then she stated they didn't have any and that she was too busy to deal with me. DO NOT CHANCE IT! Go litterally anywhere else!

Had what we needed (a trailer) but didn’t seem to care about the transaction and kind of blew over damage to the wiring on the trailer. Had to go to another u-haul dealer to get the cord replaced.

OldEquipment don’t even have a chip card for rental! Wanted me to hook up the trailer because the little gal working could t lift it! I will never pick up at this location again
