The gentleman I dealt with was super kind and very helpful navigating me thru my phone to their sight... handed me keys and sent me on my way.. such a pleasure during the whole rental process on the Stone Ave u haul site. Made it non stressful . Returned it in just a few hours after I rented it.. process was amazing!
