Was told to return the vehicle at 7 when in reality they opened at 9 am- completely messed up the entire day! If you work here then you need to be giving customers the CORRECT info and not be misleading them. DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

There was nothing but young guys working here and I think they need to be trained a little more on customer service. We weren't welcomed into the store. I walked up to the desk and said I was there for a pick-up order and gave my name. I got a blank stare. I had to explain I placed an order of boxes online and was there to pick them up. He asked another guy how to lookup online orders and mumbled "I don't know how to do that s***** The process took awhile, but I eventually got my boxes and they were loaded into my vehicle.

Wow, first they try to bait and switch. selling me a $129 unit that didn't exist, but hey, how about this $159 unit. Than, after learning that this is an illegal tactic, they offer 20% discount. Second month, they intentionally DID not take the auto-pay, and tried a late charge - credit card fraud. Than they refuse the discount. Now, they try to sell our fully paid for unit out from under us. Had to spend 10 hours on the phone. Now, the manager is insisting on selling our unit despite the fact that we are paid through the 23rd. They refused to pro-rate it, than try to double sell it.
