I went in earlier today for digital fingerprinting and had the absolute best experience! Customer service 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 Daisy 10/10. Would highly recommend this place!

The gentleman who helped me with my fingerprints was very rude and inpatient with me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I have seen other reviews where other women felt the same on a local FB mom’s page.

No stars for this old 90s feel postal service....Don't waste your valuable time. First time getting fingerprinted living 50 miles away and this old guy had the gull to say I didn't have an appointment unless I had a receipt and when I showed him it it wasnt right...okay. I then asked if theres any way to fix it as i live very far and he laughed in my face and said the appointment was no longer available and someone will take my appointment and here's nothing else today. He was not kind or apologetic for my troubles. This old man has no business in customer service. If your the employee reading this its time to retire.. your not good at your job by any means. Yawn

I went in to get my fingerprints done today and Edward helped me. Edward was gentle, patient, and fast! I highly recommend this office for fingerprinting!

Went in for fingerprinting and was slightly nervous after reading some of the negative comments on here. However, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and the appointment was quick and very easy. Fingerprinting is a weird process because you cannot legally roll your own fingers on the capture device; someone who is trained must roll your relaxed fingers on the surface of the scanner. This can be tricky if you anticipate moving your fingers, tense your wrist or shoulder, or subconsciously roll your fingers without assistance. The gentleman taking my prints reminded me to relax my wrist a few times as it's easy to forget, but was patient with me. The whole process maybe was ten minutes from when I stepped in to when I left AND a really cute dog also stopped by to say hi to me.

If you need to be fingerprinted, this is the place to go. Edward M does a quick job of it and will chat amiably with you. Be sure to take some extra money, because this place has some fun things to buy. Not only that, but the prices are reasonable. I had a pretty house key made for less than what I pay for a cup of coffee. Got what I needed, the fingerprints are done, and I’ve got a pretty copper keychain for my new key. Pleasant experience all around, plus reserved parking to the east of the building.
