This UPS Store is always helpful and that says a lot when you deal with people these days. As evidenced by the negative reviews of people who live to damage the reputations of good companies, you should ignore their baseless diatribes. Mary Jane is always working hard to keep her customers satisfied no matter how indignant they are.

I've patronized this store several times and usually have no issue. That changed when I was trying to drop a package off for shipping one evening. I arrived 8 minutes before closing, which is admittedly not much time. As I approached the store the employee was in the process of locking it and had rolled the security gate closed by the time I arrived at the door. I stood there and they acknowledged my presence and then continued locking up.In summary, if you can get here during the day it's fine, if you're too close to closing time, try the FedEx on Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon.

This UPS store saved my life and I’m not exaggerating.I bought a purse organizer online and decided I’d order a different color after trying it out and not loving the one I had picked. My husband returned the original one thru trusty UPS the next day since I had placed an order for a replacement.About two hours later I realized I was missing my card holder - with my debit/credit cards and IDs. I called the UPS store right away and explained that I thought my card holder remained in the returned item. Praying it had not yet been picked up, I asked if they would check.Obviously this was a huge hassle for them — but you know what: they did it anyway! And didnt even seem annoyed. If anything, they were helpful and sympathetic. Within 30 minutes of what I imagine was searching through countless cardboard boxes these superheros called me to tell me they found it.I cannot articulate how grateful I am. What was the alternative? Calling the company that has their customer service off-shore while my wallet was sitting in a random warehouse? I would have gotten no where and risked by credit and identity being compromised. These people for real saved me. My fault for sure, but I can’t even tell you the relief I felt. Don’t make the mistake I did, but if you do and catch it soon enough this store has your back!I hope their management sees this and knows I’m forever grateful to the wonderful staff of this location.

Recently started going to this UPS store after receiving terrible customer service at the location on Golf Links and Harrison. They are fantastic! Always kind and helpful. Glad to have found a different option close by.

DON'T USE THIS awful store. I went to this location to send a gift to Mexico. This guy Dorian had the worst customer service ever. He didn't have patience with me and was asking me questions on what the material of my gift was to the point I had to open my gift after I told him I bought it at Kohls. He replied people send use items all the time. He made me give him my phone number three times and said he didn't find me in the system when I have used this place many times before.After an unsuccessful service Iand someone wishing me a good day I came out of the store. I returned and told him that I wish he will have a 90 year old mother to whom he will need to send a gift to which he replied " Get out of my store I am calling the cops on you" HOW ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? Don't bother using this racist store!

Shippers beware, the store had been so helpful in the past. May be helpful right now, but please avoid Marissa at all costs. You will never meet a more surly and indifferent staff member who is less apt to help you and more apt to blame you for the technological hurdles that are common with any returned package. I have never in my life felt less welcome and less helped. If you're comfortable with doing it all yourself and leaving it up to chance then this is the store for you. Otherwise go elsewhere to find actual customer service.

Just wanna say i have been at this store plenty of times and have always felt welcomed there. Recently i sent out an item and marissa was very helpful and kind even with me not knowing anything and taking a long time. You made my day so much better. So thank you and thanks to my favorite UPS fam

I brought a package to the store yesterday morning to get a shipping cost. I received the quote and then proceeded to tell who I was shipping it to that cost. today, 24 hours later I brought the package back in with the quote they gave me yesterday and was told that it would now cost $80 more. young manager, if he actually was the manager was of no help and his inexperience showed. I called UPS directly and they gave me a quote that was in line with the quote store 3560 gave me yesterday. they said that it was a privately owned store and they could do nothing about the price however there is a UPS owned UPS Store close by I should go there. I went to the store on Golf Links and Pantano brought my package in and paid within $2 what the quote was yesterday from store 3560. absolutely no way to run a business. they have not only lost me as a customer but I will tell everyone I know in the area to use the golf links store.

Paid $12 to send a registered mail within Tucson and instead of writing my name, she wrote "Cher" and wrong zip code. Therefore, the return signature was never received. When I came in I spoke with rude store clerk "Madison" and a rude "manager" who said that's no problem and it happens all the time and refused to apologize or fix the issue. "Cher" is another store employee who wrote her own name instead of mine. IDIOTS. I'm not coming back. The post office is better.
