Dropped off a package this morning and the store was open on time and clean, but it was the employee who made the experience enjoyable/review-worthy. I believe her name is Cynthia*. She was so pleasant, and her quick, competent service and friendly attitude really did make a positive impact on my day. I believe rockstar customer service should be applauded, and Cynthia is certainly that, give her a raise! 👏👏👏
(*I could be totally wrong/misremembering, apologies to her if I am - I'm not a morning person! 😅 For the store, it's whomever was working 5/14 at 8am.)

Went to drop off packages before school started, and they were still closed at 8:15 when the website and the door said they were opened at 8.

We are the UPS store on Thornydale and Cortaro Farms crossing. We were out of the thermal labels that we use in the store. We called this store and they shared with us whatever spare labels they had. Awesome team and the Manager Cynthia is amazing. Thanks a bunch for your help guys !

I wanted a 60 years old Electric Football game packed and shipped to Oregon. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Everything was carefully packed and arrived as advertised.

I went in at 430 after work to get a notary and the guy told me he doesn't do it til after 4... Then told me he will give me one he just needs a 5 minute break first. Well there wasn't anyone else in the store. Tells me to have a seat then proceeds to tell me about how hard his day has been. I left while he was still whining about his day. Honestly, go to a different ups store. This one will just waste your time.
