Amazon return charges…employees are trained to watch for “customer packed” on returns. Charged me $1.50 to close the box. Check your Amazon return carefully…or just go to another UPS store.

These folks do a great job!!! I brought in pages to be faxed. The line was continually busy but Rory kept trying. Later I called them to say no need to fax and to destroy the pages. Mary Lee called me later to confirm the pages were destroyed. We appreciate the excellent customer service!!!!

This UPS store stands out for its personal service, professionalism, and customer relationship-building. I moved and am now 40 one-way minutes from this store but I drive the distance (vs. using a different store closer to where I live) because of the staff and owner commitment to great service. Thank you for delivering a great customer experience consistently - your store is a stand-out from the rest because of it! ;+)

This establishment has the most delightful and helpful staff, but unfortunately if you are somehow unlucky enough to make contact with Kristi, she'll quickly ruin your day with her toxic hostility.It's one thing to be authoritive but (IMHO) she routinely comes across as a caustically abrasive bombastic narcissist. Rather she's correct or not isn't really the issue, her unabashed level of open hostility towards people is truly alarming. She basically comes across as being on a war footing with almost anyone she engages with.This is not a business that l could ever recommend utilizing, and sadly that's entirely based on Kristi being Kristi.

I found the store very clean and well stocked. People have different ideas and opinions, we live in a world where everyone and everything is bad. It takes just as much time to express a kind word than a nasty one. Being kind goes a long way. People should try doing that more often. I have worked mostly small business and independent owners. For me they were better than big box stores who could care less.

As a business operator, I have to say that I'm stunned at the amazing job Kristie does at this location. Always friendly and helpful and seems to set an incredible example for her employees. It's rare to see such a genuine approach to coaching and developing employees. Anything I've every asked for has always been handled quickly and with a smile and I couldn't be more happy with this store and its owner and crew!! You guys rock!

The manager likes to belittle the employees. Very inconsiderate and lacks professionalism! In response to how owner treats employees. I’d like to add that calling a person incompetent at lying as your are counting and retaining basic information. That is not very good example or very good coaching. She might say it with a smile but it’s still bullying. Just because you are the owner it doesn’t give you the right to treat anyone that way!!

I recently went to this store and the Manager Kristi was horrible. This was the worst experience i ever had. Her lack of professionalism and kindness was disgusting. Not only did she escalate the situation she started to treat her employees with the same lack of respect. I can’t believe anyone would want to work under horrible conditions with a manager like that. She truly lacks any basic human decency. Please don’t waste your time and go to another store. Kristi’s miserable life reflects through her work and tries to bring everyone down with her. Avoid this place at all costs

If I was able to leave NO STARS on this review, I would.Kristi Caton is the most disrespectful and incompetent owner/manager. Being a store manager/owner, you think she would feel the need to convey showing even artificial pleasantries to her workers/customers. But she does not. She clearly has anger issues because she will slam different items around the store in front of customers and employees also swearing in front of them, its almost like watching a small child throw a temper tantrum when they do not get what they want.. She is an incompetent and unprofessional manager that has no problem being disrespectful and verbally abusive to past workers and will not honor previously approved requests.

I sent a 27" iMac to my sis in California from Arizona, and it arrived banged up even though they did a good job of packing it up. As it turns out it is a 6 week long process to get the insurance pay out.The frustrating part is that UPS Capital Claims (the company used by all UPS stores to process damage claims) provides customers a useless number that sends you straight to a hang-up.The amazing part of the process was this store and how they stayed on top of the insurance adjuster at UPS Cap. Claims to make sure that my claim kept moving through the pipe-line. Krissi at this store even called me after my claim was approved to let me know that the check had been cut and mailed.The bottom line for me is that not all independently owned UPS stores have such amazing and thoughtful folks working behind the desk. It was a big let down to have the mac damaged on arrival, but these guys and especially Krissi, earned my business for life.

warning!they are experienced and quick.they took a $100+ return without a labeland returned to amazon...thus NO CREIDITNEED TO MATCH TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN BY AMAZON TO UPS RECEIPT ISSUED BY UPS STORE..to avoid getting screwed.ups store doesn't.

I have used The UPS Store at 7320 La Cholla Ave. in Tucson for my Amazon returns. I have used many UPS stores, as I order from Amazon regularly. In my experience, I have never received service as wonderful ANYWHERE as I get every time I go to this store. Cynthia, the manager goes out of her way to please customers. I can't understand any negative reviews about this store! I have observed Cynthia patiently and calmly explaining Amazon's return policies to argumentative customers. I appreciate UPS serving Amazon customers for returns, even if it is confusing for us at times. Now this is my go-to store for all shipping needs.
