This place is terrible. I went by to ask about creating an unusual sized box to ship something and was told they would get it done. Went by the next day and nothing had been done. Got attitude on both ends. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. This place is terrible. And I deal with places like this a lot being an attorney in private practice. You will regret it if you go here.

Got double sided copies, 30 of them. The girl rang me up for 60. I was like I only got 30 she goes but it’s doubled sided… I can understand a few cents more to cover a tiny bit of ink but double the cost. I go that’s a little high plus I need an accurate reciept for my work. She just stared at me . I go I guess I can’t come here she goes fine and that was it. It’s cheaper to use Office Depot..

This store could be better!!! Every time I go in there Meena acts as if I’m putting her out. She is just not helpful!!! There used to be a sweet Hispanic lady that worked there.
I SURE MISS HER ! I worked in customer service for 36 years and know just genuine friendly customer service and a smile go a long way. I thought ok maybe she is having a bad day but after 3-4 visits she hasn’t improved.. 😵💫 It’s sad because it’s so close to home and I hate to have to drive farther for better service. Please talk to her before your customers go elsewhere.

Chandra helped me and went above and beyond to open a computer disk that 3 other UPS stores could not. She was efficient printing my request and very nice. I would offer her a job at my office if I wasn’t retired .

Lots of activity with lines of people, and packages, yet the staff is always incredibly patient and competent. Nice management too!

The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Chandra was so helpful. She was patient and kind as we had to have many documents notarized. I would recommend visiting this store.

I had the most pleasant experience at this UPS store. A friendly and efficient employee by the name of Chandra helped me out. She greeted me, asked me what I needed, and quickly helped me identify a solution. I was out in less than 1 minute. I will definitely return to this UPS store in the future.

Have to agree with the above review of them Charging for every little thing. I’ve been in there twice the first time they were pretty rude because I didn’t put tape on the box and yes, they did charge me the second time. The girl was nice but told me the next time I need to take my boxes up, but she whispered don’t worry. I’ll take care of it and make sure you do it next time. I just said I’ll just pay now charge me for it. Don’t need for the owners to answer back. I know they were the original ones. I spoke to a while back. I go to the UPS store in Oro Valley on Oracle. Every single time I go somewhere else I realize that I need to go back there because that owner is amazing!!!
