I’m giving 3 stars because they did eventually honor Amazon’s return policy, I also own a small business of 30 years, and it was International Woman’s Day. I’ve always used this store for my Amazon returns without an issue, as a matter of fact, when I was new to Amazon, this store taught me how to do it. I took 2 separate items in, first in the same box and packaging it came in (cake pan that was returned because it was bent—I literally took it it out of the box, took off the plastic enough to see the problem and put it right back the way it was)—and curtain rings that came in the plastic Amazon bag that gets destroyed when opened so Amazon had it’s return as a “bag less return” noting that The UPS store would package the item for return (that was on the actual return instructions). When presented with the items, they immediately told me they charge to tape the box and the other item needed a package. Their attitude was such that they seemed to think I was an idiot to think otherwise. I was speechless because it was such a 360 from how they normally operate. As previously stated, they did finally take the returns, but it seems as if this store needs to take this up with Amazon instead of alienating long time customers.

I've been several times and I've had nothing but courteous, prompt and efficient service each time. Those posting they had a bad experience, obviously, either caught them on an "off" day, or they themselves were the one's in need of checking. Do not hesitate to come here!

Very friendly staff greeted me when I walked in, and its a very cute location with antique-looking po boxes in front.

No one would awser the phone when I called multiple notarys. I stoped at the ups store and they took care of it in 2 min. Great service. Will be my go to from now on

They charge $2 for taping a box and $2 to print a shipping label. I’ve been to another UPS store nearby, and they have tape available for free, and their employees were much friendlier!

DONT GO HERE!!! Rudest owner I've ever met, I've gone in twice to see her yelling at employees and yelling even more when they try to assist customers. She uses foul and degrading language to talk about the people that she hired. Seems like a nightmare person to be around and I hope the poor souls that work there find a better environment.

A friend of mine had a horrible experience here never come here to do business with them he lost an iPhone 13 1,300 for the phone and paid 100 for same day shipping and they lost the item when asked about it they said it’s not their fault and never gave me the 100 back for the overnight express.

Wish I could give this store a zero. Had an Amazon drop off. A woman apparently the owner of this chain charged me $2 to tap the lid of the box together. Amazon told me just put it in a box they’ll take care of the rest. This person told me it’s $2 for us to tape it. If it weren’t for the fact that it was a bookshelf and extremely heavy I would’ve took it back home; tapped it myself and went to another location. Very impersonal & unfriendly service here any other time but today was the last straw. Not going back here again. I’ll take a drive to another location. Take heed.

Went in as I have dozens of times to return an Amazon package. Tasha the employee working there never greets me or even looks up from her computer. I say hi, I've got an easy one for you. No smile, nothing. Proceeds to tell me that they usually charge to tape up an Amazon package. I have NEVER had any UPS tell me that. According to Amazon instructions, items don't even need to be in a box, so they would have to use tape anyway....weird customer service.
