I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.

Getting my PO box at this UPS location was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Kim and Maritza consistently offer outstanding customer service. They’re kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond no matter what I come in for. The shop is always organized, clean, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I always leave feeling taken care of. So happy and thankful for this store!

The UPS store on Swan and Sunrise is the greatest. The customer service is exceptional. They always greet you, are friendly and smile. They offer good suggestions and are reasonably priced. My store forever!

My experience at UPS was incredible! When I walked into the UPS store, the lady at the counter immediately welcomed me. She educated me on different sized boxes and assisted me in picking out packaging that would be most beneficial for my needs rather than choose the most expensive option. The service was not only pleasant, but enjoyable. I will definitely be utilizing UPS for all of my future shipping needs.
