I went into the store on Wetmore on Tuesday, 8 July and was greeted so warmly and the gentleman who is the only one in the store immediately understood my problem. I had the solution and I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. Great initiative seeking service people in this store. Excellent work.

I drove all the way from Mexico to send a package. Honestly, my first stop was FedEx since it was the closest, but they couldn’t process my payment because their system couldnt process my order, they couldnt even know why. So, I headed over to the UPS Store, and the service was awesome! The team took care of everything quickly, and from now on, I won’t hesitate to go straight to UPS first. Thanks for the great service!

The staff in the Wetmore store are so helpful and considerate. When I go in to make copies, I never have that many. They always treat me just like I was a big business making a 1000 copies.
