Stinks like smoke. They also charge you to print their own labels. I’ve never been charged at any other UPS store. Will not be coming back to this location, will happily go to another to not have to pay to print off a paid UPS shipping label.

Ryan has been amazingly helpful and courteous both times I've been to this store. Even at the end of the day, he did not rush me. Great customer service; thank you Ryan.

A man with a less than beautiful personality answered my call, talked over me the entire time, and proceeded to lie to me about my package being held. Maybe give your customers answers instead of being passive aggressive. I really hope yall do have my package so i can call corporate, cuz i WILL be by that store.

I’d drive from Phoenix to use this stores available services, simply because of how helpful the store workers are. Awesome human beings who helped me figure out mailing & printing issues I was struggling with. Great dudes.

Just make sure you read back whatever number you heard from associates and check what has been written. My price quote went up by $16 in the span of 3 minutes out of nowhere because he doesn’t even know what he said.

Damian and the crew (Alexis, Ryan) are INCREDIBLE. I actually prefer to go here vs. the post office because the customer service is UNMATCHED. They are all so funny, warm, and genuinely make an effort to help you out in any way. You guys rock and thanks for all that you do!

We are repeat customers at UPS-- shipping, returning Amazon orders, buying packing materials, etc.
Had need for notary recently--WOW what service!!! The 2 young men in-store that day, as usual, could not have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our encounter was laced with humor, and helpfulness. Make sure you turn in at Prince and Campbell. You will leave smiling!!!

It is a clean, convenient, and friendly location. Many guests are on a first name basis with staff, which is so unusual but refreshing nowadays. I appreciate that they allow Amazon returns without the upselling hassle. I did try to shop for packing materials there, as a first choice stop. Unfortunately, what I needed wasn't in stock.

just had a great experience at this specific UPS location. They helped me out as I was figuring out a label for a return. They were helpful, quick, friendly. My new favorite UPS store… Might just drive out of my way to hit this one the next time Ineed UPS.

The mailman didn’t put my important mail and my family benefits is cancelled because of him the mail sent to me 3 times but I didn’t get any one of them always he put the mail in the wrong address some times I found mails for my neighbours.
