UPS wanted $31.00 to ship a cereal box.Said they could ship it USPS for $26.00 and would not insure unless put into a sturdier box.Took it to USPS they shipped for $11.00 and insured it.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF.will not be going back

I should share the email that the manager Jd sent me this morning saying I’m banned from the store, cause I left a 5 on the counter to have a 13 page black and white email printed out. A crowd of people came in while I was on the phone with a family member telling me I need to come quick. How petty!! Sorry but a simple follow up to ask why I rushed outta the store and didn’t wait in a 10 min line of people to apparently pay you $ 4 more dollars for the copies. I was quoted $ 3.40 and told your employee to keep the change.

Went in and notary was doing nothing but still required an appointment. Made one for 2 hours later, came back and after waiting for 25 mins couldn’t get the notarization done. Apparently Jeraldine the notary isn’t familiar with the concept of a maiden name and after multiple forms of ID and explanation refused to do her job. The whole process was insanely obtuse and unnecessarily time consuming for ultimately no assistance. Actually baffling…

this place is the worst customer service, ripoff artist, and they have no clue what they're doing they don't even have people trained. If they knew what they were doing, they would know that a bubble wrap is anywhere between two dollars and 250 screw them I'll just put stamps on everything

Shows 69 cents a pd. For shredding paper on the UPS website. This store refused to honor this. They cigars more than $ 1.00 a pd.

The worst service! they never deliver your parcel on time, but while charging they ask '2 days delivery, next day delivery' and so on, but nothing works. It always takes at least 5 business days and a whole week for international parcels. DO NOT trust what they say in the counter. Use USPS or FedEx

Less than impressed. Paid to have a package rerouted to this store while out of town just to be blown off by the staff. I stopped by to pick it up on my way home from work on 5/15. They looked up the tracking information which showed it had been delivered waiting for pickup 5/13. After making a “very” minimal effort looking for it they took down my information and told me they would call if they found it and locked the door behind me on my way out. I called back a couple of days later to ask if they had found it. I was promptly asked if I had a box at the store which I did not, so I explained my situation including the previous attempt to pick it up and was told my package was not in their system. No verification of the tracking number nothing. Obviously, they had no desire to help me unless I had a box with them. Got better service from the staff at the dollar general last time I had to reroute a package…

We've had our mailbox since 2018, and until the last few years, service was excellent. Monica was awesome. However, since then, service has declined. When we lived in Easton, PA, we had our box contents shipped, and it contained the mail of 3 or 4 other boxes. We had the next shipment paid as compensation. We recently paid on June 1st to have contents sent to us at our temp place in California. On June 19th, I spoke with Geraldine, and she confirmed contents were shipped and that there was a note to send it out to CA. However, the package was sent to PA. She was going to speak with her mgr and call me back on June 22nd. I was ill during that time, so I didn't follow up until today, June 28th. I spoke with J.D. who states he is the mgr. He took down the # who called me from PA and told me to give him an hour to call me back (he confirmed my #). This was at 10:15am. It is now 6:41pm and no phone call yet. My advice, being that I've done customer service for 30 years, call the customer back. Even if you do not have the answer. It lets them know you are still making them a priority. I am severely disappointed with the service. Every time I call I listen to the ad regarding mailing your luggage, and I think, oh h#ll, no.

They say they notary services. But apparently the notary they have doesn't understand what a notary does. After waiting for sevice after 8 more people came in, finally waited on us to tell us he couldn't help us.

I’ll be honest - I was worried about doing Amazon returns here due to the reviews …. But I must say these people are SO NICE AND HELPFUL! I’ve been in multiple times and each time they have treated me kindly and get me in and out FAST! I figured I’d let others know my experience! The other bad reviews must be because of the people themselves - because this UPS store is one of the best I’ve ever been too!

We used to use this location exclusively for all our shipping. For dropoffs and to pay to ship. Last week I went in - new signs - $1 per single piece of tape you need. Then, I needed a small box due to some weird Amazon rule - sure, over $18 for a box big enough for two shoe boxes. Plus $1 per piece of tape to put it together...I've changed my comments and review, it is still a place that you can drop things off and use if you would like, and while I understand that there are costs involved in doing business, I wish that the changes didn't feel quite so much like gouging and the employees had been friendly in helping me overcome my confusion about Amazon.

Very offended by the service provided. I went in for the "pack and ship" service of a couple gift bags of Easter treats. After I paid for packing services the clerk refused to actually pack them while I was there. She said she couldn't do that and there were cameras in the store. Not sure why that mattered as I don't have access to those cameras and I have used UPS pack and ship at other stores who packed while I was there. I now have no idea of what actually got packed. Did something "accidentally" not get in the box? No way of knowing. Then as I was leaving the clerk said something and I heard laughter behind my back. So refusing to actually pack my shipment and then make fun of me for protesting? Snotty service with a smile is still snotty service. I won't trust UPS to pack for me again. I will pack my own and use postal service or FedEx. Corporate should pay attention how your store is damaging the brand
