Despite how busy and flooded with packages this location always send to be, and how weary the clerks often appear, I have received nothing but patient and efficient customer service here. Y'all deserve a raise and probably a vacation. Thanks from one of the mob you deal with on a daily basis.

Really excellent service here- there was kind of a huge line here when we arrived but it moved along steadily and when it was my turn they were proficient and professional, working competently but quickly. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of their services. hope my shipping gets delivered without damage but I feel confident the workers do the best they can.

first let me say the staff is great. The problem is they are not empowered to make decisions and have absentee owners. The owners do not reply to email, and it per the staff, is the only way for customers to contact them. A common courtesy would be reply to the emails. It leaves customers and staffs at an impasse and makes the customer go elsewhere.

I like this UPS! They’ve always been great, even sealing up boxes when they really didn’t have to. Their customer service and friendly attitude has been top notch as well. The only thing that is a little difficult is the parking in the front. But if your package isn’t too big, just park on the west side.

Absolutely the best UPS store location ever! Jason and Andi were a pleasure to deal with and were so incredibly nice in getting a shipment sent from Arizona to Mississippi for me! They went above and beyond working with me! Very pleased with this store and the service.

The people at the Broadway/Craycroft location are very nice and efficient. UPS charges way too much to ship small packages, but that is not the fault of the store owners.

Quick friendly helpful service. What more could one ask! Store is clean and well organized. They also have packaging, appears to have mailboxes. Bottom line. They are extremely helpful.

Store manager Jason Day is a criminal. Entrusted $30 money order to him and "it" refused to turn over funds when requested. Current front-counter help--excepting Andrea--is also extremely weak from the standpoint of competence and customer service. Delighted to take my business elsewhere. [Note: any staff response to this post will be suspect--i.e., defensive and false.]

I have a PO box here, and no complaints. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about their service, and do their absolute best to satisfy the customer. They do get a LOT of parcels, and how they manage to keep it all straight, I will never know. Maybe it's magic. No, they just bust their buttons to get the job done. Anyone griping about young people having no work ethic, these kids prove you wrong. One thing I will say, if the owner reads this, is I think the vacant unit next door ought to be incorporated into the existing store. It would give more space to store ingoing/outgoing items, and make the shop a bit roomier. Other than that, great place.

My insured package was damaged in route from AZ to PA. UPS's "national" office was extremely unhelpful, but Jason and Andrea at the local store in Tucson were very helpful. It still took a month and involved a lot of work via terrible and outdated IT systems, but we finally got approval for reimbursement.
