Mitali was incredibly pleasant and helpful when trying to get an email label printed for a non-Amazon return. She spent at least 15 min with me and went “above and beyond to help me get my package out today”.

Just had an incredibly nice trip to UPS, and felt compelled to leave a review. I was just dropping off an Amazon package for return, and upon taking the item out of its carrying bag realized my partner hadn't taped it up as required. I've had bad experiences at other UPS stores before in situations like this, mostly just eye rolls and rudeness, but once I was even required to purchase an entire marked-up roll of packing tape to seal something that needed less than 8" of tape. So, despite the very friendly welcome when I arrived, I was a bit trepidatious when I went to explain my situation.Obviously I've already spoiled the suspense... But I was given absolutely wonderful service. Even more importantly, both ladies working there made me feel welcome and comfortable, and the nice lady with the short red hair that scanned in my package went above and beyond. She could tell I felt bad about the package not being ready, and made sure to let me know she is happy to help. She clearly has a great disposition and ability to work with the public, very underappreciated yet important skills.The more online we all are and the more disconnected we all get despite everyone's constant ability to "connect", the more these small interactions matter, and workers like the ladies at UPS just now deserve our respect, and more importantly the respect and appreciation of the employers whose wealth they generate. That's why I took the time to write this oddly lengthy review... I hope the UPS store manager sees this review and realized what assets these ladies are.

I have come twice during what is listed on internet and the posted hours on the door and they have not been open. It’s really disappointing when my day is planned and the hours of operation are not correct.

I was over-charged by the manager at this location for the shipping of a very lightweight package. Times previous when helped by other employees here i've gotten good service and charged the right rate.

I had a large oversized box they let me borrow a dolly and help me to get this box in place everyone was very kind and helpful great customer service

Had an appointment here to get some documents notarized. Made the appointment days in advance. My mom drove all the way across town to be closer to me to get this done but she has limited mileage in her electric car. Walked in and were told that they didn't have anyone on site despite making an appointment and that maybe someone would be in at 3pm, we were there at 1pm. They said they didn't know why we were able to schedule it online as they don't usually have one. We were told to drive all the way to Campbell and Broadway where they would have one. Got there and while they did have one the lady running the shop said the shop at grant and alvernon is their sister shop and her husband would have normally been there but he was "sick" that day. Got two different stories as to why no one was there for our appointment. If he was truly sick though I would think we should have gotten a phone call letting us know before we all showed up. Had to drive my mom back to grant and alvernon after going to the boradway location. Don't count on anything you schedule here to happen at this location. Poor performance, poor communication and poor service. This is unacceptable......

save yourself a lot of stress by going anywhere else but this place. Absolutely the worst! Incredibly slow. Four people walked out without getting help, myself included. Dysfunctional as hell. Run away!

We had sent a package that was supposed to be overnighted across the country to it's destination by 10:30 am the next day. Well, it was stuck in Kentucky due to the plane having mechanical issues and did not make it there. Went to the store manager to find out what happened and he got on the phone and chewed somebody out. Told them that his customer had paid for overnight and they better figure a way to get the package to its destination. We really appreciated that he took the time to even figure out the problem to get it resolved. It did make it the following day. He even called us personally to let us know that it had been delivered. He earned this 5 star review hands up!! :)
