I walked in, one customer was being helped, the second employee was too busy throwing customer packages across the store to help me, like full on basketball style throwing boxes from one side of the store into a large UPS bin, when he finally took a break to help me with my drop off, it was fast and simple, but as soon as I started to walk out I heard the loud sounds of him throwing boxes again, really glad I packaged mine with extra bubble wrap, but man does this show massive disrespect for the customers packages.
I have zero confidence that those boxes will arrive intact if this is how UPS employees treat them.

Nasty dirty store ughh. They need a cleaning service. I gave 2 stars cause the the clerks are nice and friendly. That’s all this store has going for it

I just came to this location and the two guys were giving me a hard time to ship several boxes. The prices didn’t match of what I saw online and the guy (who was attending me) didn’t even know the right prices. The whole thing was really confusing and unpleasant, it felt like they didn’t want to help me.

Way overpriced. Added minimum charges for basic services like $3 computer charge to print anything, which I haven’t experienced elsewhere

How about fix your damn amazon drop kiosk or assign one person to handle amazon returns.

Great service for Livescan finger printing. The employee that helped me was kind and professional. If you need to get you finger prints done, come to this location for exceptional service. It's quick and affordable.

Why does everyone who work here have an attitude?? They expect customers to know everything. The attitude this lady received made me uncomfortable, thankfully I was there to assist her. But yeah the staff there need an attitude adjustment and customers service training. This is crazy

Omar was extremely rude. Customer in front of me needed a notary and Omar didn’t even state he wasn’t one, he let the customer take out all his documents and wait until the notary was free to then inform him that the customer needed a notary. Then, another customer said he was picking up a package, Omar didn’t verify with ID (which makes me very concerned as a customer that anyone can pick up packages) when Omar came back with the package he threw the package in his arms. When it was my turn, he said he couldn’t help me to purchase a return slip when the document I provided clearly stated that I needed to purchase one.

I’ve always liked this UPS store because the staff is friendly and efficient. Today my high expectations were exceeded by Omar, who took the time to print a massive document for me, even coming in early before the store opened to get the job done in less than 24 hours. Omar clearly takes pride in his work. His professionalism and integrity are an excellent reflection of this store and of UPS in general. Thanks Omar! Give that kid a raise, UPS! 🙂

Update #2: UPS Store Corporate Customer Service says that when you email a store it is absolutely positively NOT supposed to be open on the public computer in the lobby. They are definitely violating UPS Store protocol by having the customer emails sent to the store available to be ready by all customers on the public computer. Even worse, they don't care that they are violating the privacy of their customers. Shame on you again.
Update after the owners response: The owner is clearly just as rude and clueless as the staff. That is a terrible response to bad customer service. I'm disgusted. Even more reason for your prospective customers to RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. Shame on you and your attitude.
Do not come here. Keep driving to the next one. The staff are not only incompetent and unknowledgeable about shipping, they are also rude and argumentative. DO NOT let them print anything for you via their email address! It is not secure. Anything you send to them appears on the public use computer in the lobby. Imagine my horror when my filled out passport application popped up on that screen while I was in line! How carless can you be? I was under the impression this was a secure service. This is not secure. When I pointed this out, the employee got upset WITH ME for being upset about my information being compromised. Zero customer service here. Please do not trust these people with your precious information. I had to teach 2 employees that express MAIL is vastly different and not interchangeable with UPS Express. I was assured that Express Mail was available before I waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out they don't have it and don't even know why it's not ok to just use UPS instead to send to a Po Box. The owner of this place should be very very concerned.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude. For them to be advertising they offer printing services is a joke. Thier computers cannot print PDFs, staff cops an attitude when zip drive cannot be safely ejected from their computer. I will never go to this UPS store ever again. the one on Grant and alvernon makes these people look like they're slinging crap.
