I don't send an awful lot of UPS packages and mainly used them for Amazon returns. They were always super nice and helpful. They even have a self service machine you can use to print out the return labels and drop the packages into if there's a long line, as there often is. Love that self serve thing.

The customer service representatives were very polite and patiently helped everyone, even when a rude customer came in and said he would get them fired for not having enough room for his packages.
