Went to drop off a package and experienced the worst customer service in this location. This young lady with a very grumpy angry face helps me. She looks like she doesn't want to work or be there. She really needs customer service training. No greeting. No smile. I thought maybe she's having a bad day. Asked her if she was okay.
She scans the barcode out drop off package and handed me the receipt without weighing the package. I asked her if she could put the package on the scale so I could take a picture since I had to send it to the sender. And I took off without realizing that the receipt didn't even have the weight on it. Anyways I had to go back because I needed the weight on the receipt to match the item on the box upon the Senders request. Another lady came back to help me and as I was waiting this young lady popped up again and looks at me and says yes. I told her I'm being helped. And when I'm done as I'm leaving I told the girl that was helping me that the other girl was rude. She tells me no she wasn't. You were. And as I was walking away they were all laughing. Is this the kind of customer service we expect these days? Who trains these people? How can we trust them with our packages?

Showed up two minutes before closing just to drop off a few Amazon returns. One young lady was locking door behind us and I apologized for us getting there at closing, she said no problem nicely, another young pregnant lady was so nice and we talked and laughed. She’s having a boy and a Virgo that was great conversation, God bless her. Now the last girl needs customer service training bad, angry face, no nice interaction completely rude and no eye contact. We knew she was angry she wanted to go home, but come on learn customer service.

I receive ALL my mail here and to see some of these bad reviews upset me. Those girls work their butts off and are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful I have NEVER had a bad experience there and I've been going there for a year. So maybe the ones leaving a bad reviews should check your attitude

Honestly worst customer service and not helpful at all. I went there to get fingerprinted for my job, and while they did direct me to where the fingerprint machine was, they were not helpful. Instead of helping me out, the employees were all bunched up talking about what movie was their favorite. I would not recommend this place at all!

Update: the reasoning/excuse from the manager doesnt wash. I didnt review it the same day i went. I needed to distance myself from it for a few weeks because myself and my friend who paid an extra $40 to have it get to me on time were too upset and I try not to write these when I'm upset. I rarely write negative reviews... please feel free to check that. But in this case, I made a 120 mile round trip and a friend was out $40 extra dollars (and then me $10) because you weren't open til 3 like your website said. I also called an hour before I got there to confirm. Then there is absolutely no excuse for the employees to get snarky because i questioned the additional fee. No raised voice, no argument.. just questioning. Your store might do better if you make changes instead of excuses. As a bonus... please see pics of the dumbfounded Amazon, Post Office and others on December 24th at 12:47pm and the clear time stamp as well as the page showing open.
Just no. They were closed when it said they were open. Tons of people came to the door only to find it closed. Even Amazon and the Post Office seemed surprised. Then they charged me for holding it extra time when I was finally able to pick it up. The girls at the desk were as rude as they come. Never again.
