I sent pkg 2DA containing extremely needed medication to Florida. I stopped at pharmacy to verify with pharmacy by when would medication perish. She said Wednesday. I went to UPS Store #3722 1645 W Valencia Rd to ship on 11/27/23 before air pick up time.The girl at counter said “it will get there Wednesday.” Which would be the 29th. So the medication would still be good. She didn’t say it might, nor it could nor didn’t say I can’t guarantee. She said it will. I had faith in her words. I tracked the pkg that night and there were no scans. I didn’t get a scan until 1:51am location scan at Goodyear hub on 11/29. The medication perished as delivered to Florida on 11/30. My husband had to purchase the medication from FL pharmacy for full price of $300. I went to UPS Store 11/30. The manager, Melissa, said the pkg was given to driver on Monday, which I extremely disagreed with. I explained what her employee had said about Wednesday. I told her to check her cameras. She did, but came back with there is no audio. How convenient I thought. I told her I know perishables shouldn’t be sent as well as no guarantees, but the girl said it will and I trusted the system. The crooked thing about this $61.86 transaction is that neither UPS nor the UPS Store is gonna take fault. The driver either covers his behind by not scanning the pickup or the UPS Store just didn’t give it to driver on day it should’ve shipped.i told her to speak to driver and verify. Melissa said she would and call me 12/1. SHE never called. Bree at the store said she wasn’t there 12/4 when I called. Bree said a claim for refund was entered 12/1. Now why would a manager who says she’s worked there 12 years put in a UPS claim for refund when 2DA is not guaranteed? I worked for UPS for 23 years and know they aren’t giving a refund for that! Come on now… sweeping me under the rug. Bree said sorry for no call back but they are really busy.i told her that I’m really busy myself, but I don’t forget to feed my grandson. Melissa should’ve called me to inform me I had to wait 10 business days for UPS to say “NO refund!” So I called today 12/19 to speak to Melissa again as she has not once dialed my phone #. She said she has to call UPS to find out about the refund check that should’ve been mailed to me. She said again I’ll call you back. I asked for timeframe. She said 20 minutes. I gave her 1 hour and 20 minutes before I had to call her. She told me UPS was not refunding me. Well…. Duh I already had said that from day 1. I told her that I now needed to speak to the owner Jason Day only because I know he’s not UPS and these places are individually owned. She said it’s hard to get ahold of him. Really I thought. If there was a fire in store I bet he’d answer or be at the store in minutes.so I said okay I’ll hold. Instead she hung up on me and of course I had to call back. She put me on hold for 7 minutes until now I’ve decided to go on every platform and tell this story to other customers that this UPS Store does not ship on time. By the way…. Melissa nor Jason have called me. So now onto Facebook and tell my story of bad service!

Have done a few returns for Wal-Mart and Amazon through this location. They have always been friendly and helpful even when particularly busy. They do their best to help you finish your business quickly so you can continue your day.

I've been to dozens of UPS stores in multiple countries and sent hundreds of documents. This is the first one that refused to provide me a free envelope with my 2nd Day Air label. Instead the girl actually lied and said envelopes were only free for overnight shipments, so I'd have to buy an envelope from her. Nice try, senora scam.

Went for scanning, printing, and copying services. No wait, and the employee was super helpful. Think I paid 26¢ for two pages. Definitely recommend for printing services.

Due to a miscommunication between myself & an Amazon associate, I arrived at this store with an unpackaged return of a large, odd-shaped item. When they told me it was unable to be shipped, I started getting (probably visibly) upset because I needed to get this return sent back.The associate at this UPS store not only helped me calm down, but offered solutions to get the item sent back to Amazon. I have been to other UPS stores, and I am telling you- this associate went above & beyond to make sure it was a win-win and earned my return business. I am really thankful they are my local shop.

Very Busy with many rude customers, Everyone was super helpful and informative and answering my questions and assisting me in getting everything I needed to do done. Wearing masks & working efficiently, constantly updating me as my laminates were made, and came out very well! Considering their small space to work with and large number of duties they were doing incredibly well and I am a happy and satisfied customer

Truly a worthless store. They keep bankers hours when normal people work 8-5 so how am I supposed to pick up mail or packages. They tell you one thing then the manager on duty says the opposite and by that time they’ve sent the packages back. They are not in it for customer service. Purely for the money. Come on people let’s help each other out instead of causing more stress. BS

I did not know there was Notary service there, very happy to know that, and the fee is reasonable. I have sent several Amazon returns, Fast friendly service always.My only complaint is I wish the pretty ladies and the guys didn't have hide behind those dang masks!

The cashier made a mistake and insisted that I close a shipping bag before she understood that I was trying to pay with an account and that she couldn't do it at that location and thus made me pay for the bag. Which is no big deal until the manager comes and she is completely rude to me unescesarily instead of offering some sort of solution. I was super nice up until that point, but I must admit that this made me visibly upset and I swung the door open really fast on my way out, to which I immediately realized was not cool and tried to gently shut it, but I was never verbally rude to anyone. Glad the item that I shipping was small. I'd go somewhere else if you want customer service.To be fair I had to return for some Amazon returns and she wasn't as hostile so I will raise my rating. And yes, I was very gentle with the door.Update:Lowering my rating again, the main ups store thought that it was completely ridiculous to charge me in this situation. I must say I have to agree. They told me that I really should go back with the package and talk to the supervisor, but it's not worth the gas cost. I did learn that these are franchise stores and the lady at the main ups store was nice enough to repackage the small item in a larger bag FOR FREE as she said the way they made me fold up the bag at the other store would have resulted in the package being lost. This is what the other manager should have done in the situation as I'm sure the store owner would understand it's justified to sacrifice a very small amount (1 - 6inchx4inch bag) to secure repeat business to help the franchise. If she would have done that I would have told all my friends that it's a pleasure going to that franchise as they are honest when they make a mistake and care about making it better. I could be totally wrong and the store owner promotes making every single last penny even if it's not the customer's fault that he was told he needed to seal the bag before he was told that he cannot pay for the bag and the shipping at that location. Maybe the manager assumed that I was trying to pull a fast one and didn't know that I had never used an account before so I had no idea I couldn't use it at a franchise location, or maybe that's just me rationalizing her reaction in my head.Either way I'm about to go write a amazing review for this main store, they truly care about customer service there.Reply to the owner:I was told "we don't do accounts here go to the main ups store" if you can use accounts, but not for materials, I would have paid for the small bag, no big deal and shipped it there. I am authorized, and obviously it's not in your business plan but if it's your mistake you still punish the customer? Nice.
