Based off of the employees that represent US Bank, I would NEVER bank HERE. I had three bank employees ( 1 male and 2 females) surround my car this evening after a quick trip with my 3 YEAR OLD at Safeway. In a very aggressive, demeaning manner they approached my car after crossing from the store front, as I’m backing up the three stood in front of my vehicle preventing me from moving forward and proceeded to follow my car backwards as I backed up. The one Hispanic looking woman with striped dress pants and tan heels nearly leaned on my hood shouting who knows what. Her friend then intersected and I assume told her to leave the car as she was pulling her arm. These are NOT the kind of people I would want to do any business with.

Wouldn't recommend opening a us bank account. From an atm deposit they kept my check sent for security review but wasn't able to get forthcoming info about anything that was going on with my account. They also have held my check for over 3 weeks with no timeframe on when I will have it sent back.

I have always received excellent service from everyone at this branch. The manager even gave me a follow up call. It is equivalent to a small town branch where they care and everyone matters. I feel fortunate that this is my local branch in Tucson.

ATM is broke half the time, staff is slow and has no sense of urgency as the line piles out the door. Shameful for a bank branch.Avoid and considering cancelling us bank accounts.

Immediately, the woman behind the desk was rude (short, brunette). All I did was ask a few questions concerning my check. I was so caught off guard I didn't even know how to react. Just took my stuff and left. I've never been treated so poor for absolutely no reason. Every answer was condescending and borderline yelling at me, kept scoffing every time I would speak.

I know the wait has been a little bit long to get to the teller line. But I know they have been busy and it was a Friday when I visited. But I have nothing but good things about US Bank that I’ve experienced. They help me fix my screwup on the early payment mixup on my mortgage. They help direct me and called the right people to help me get that corrected. I am really thankful that they were around to help me. I really enjoy the benefits I have with us bank so far. It’s been a few months now. But no complaints.

When I ran into an issue at another us bank location, I then went to this Broadway and Campbell location and he was very eager to help me resolve it and went above and beyond to address this issue and provided top notch customer service.
