I have been banking at this branch for 10 plus years snd the staff there is amazing...Ashley has helped me numerous times and always follows up, Selma will do anything she can for the customer, both are amazing

Experience was brief and extremely unpleasant. Not a single customer present and expecting to be provided with service but because I arrived 20 till closing time hoping to open an account. I was deliberately ignored by whom I can only assume would be branch Mgr., while probably wrapping up and doing closing work. She wouldn’t even acknowledge presence as I stood in front of her door hoping that I was mistaken but nope. the teller who returned with garbage can in hand , placed it down to her counter and then I inquired about opening an account I was told that They wouldn’t be willing to open an account for me today but I could make an appointment to do so. What is the purpose of having hours if your not willing to do your job and all the employees are concerned with is getting out of there.It’s no wonder that the banks are having so many problems and are struggling to stay afloat. I drove clear across town for the sole purpose of opening an account with this bank specifically because of the hours listed. However now knowing that it’s employees could care less about their customers and are more concerned with just punching the clock I will not only not bank with them but also make sure to let everyone know the lack of service that they provide. US Bank you should really retrain and screen your employee better. Gone are the days that people take pride in their position and value providing service that make people want to return or be a part of something. What are you paying your employees for if not to acquire new customers?

Lady in the front was rude. On the phone while trying to help me at the same time. Giving me an attitude as if it were my fault she had a job to do. And 3 other guys in the back just standing there as there’s customers behind me. Horrible service.
