This is a horrible bank. Deposited over $17,000 using cashiers checks which took days to credit and then i could not pay my rent on time because their website is crap and in particular their Zelle portal is screwy. They took four days to process the first payment and another four for the second. This is absurd. Their whole website is full of idiosyncratic flaws which they expect you to master as oppose to actually making it user friendly for their customers. I can only assume this reflects on some prima dona midwestern programmers who are mediocre at best and stone age at worse. It's a very convoluted process AND they expect you to learn it. IF you call their 800 line to try and work through problems you get snotty operators each of whom give you different responses...so even they do not know how to manage their own system. Bottom line this translates into a non- USER FRIENDLY site. Its all about them not you. The local staff are friendly and nice but they have no power to do anything but teach the convoluted ways in which to pay your bills and get access to your money. AND if you pay bills on-line you will be sorely disappointed at how long they sit on your money. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They are in the stone age and they do not value their customers enough to fix their site issues.

I went with U.S. Bank because they have Saturday hours, they met my criteria for my 501(c)(3), and Marco was super friendly and helpful with the set up of my account. we exchanged a few emails before my appointment to make sure that I had all the paperwork straight so I didn't have to waste any time when I was there. I've never had a banker go above and beyond for me like that. he answered all my questions, he told me a potential issues that might occur with some of my paperwork, and he explained how to avoid fees. I hope the rest of my experience with this bank goes as well as my first day, I will have to wait and see though. I will also add, while I was doing my appointment there were tons of friendly people coming and going and the tellers were all very friendly and everybody was greeting everybody. It felt like an old school bank in a small town.

I went in the branch to make a deposit because my account got billed unexpectedly which made it negative. I only recently started a checking and savings account with US Bank after having a mortgage with them for a few years and being pleased with them. After trying to deposit cash with the ATM and realizing I didn't know my pin, I had to go inside to have it taken care of. While already being stressed about my finances, I also struggle with an anxiety disorder and being in new places is difficult for me. The teller was extremely rude to me while resetting my pin because I was confused about the email I received while I was in there saying that my pin was being mailed. She used a very harsh tone with me and poor body language like making her eyes super big at me and telling me that she didn't understand what I wanted when all I needed was to deposit and reset my pin. While I really like US Bank and how they've treated me with their online services, my in person experience was horrible and nearly put me to tears when leaving.

Avoid this bank they took my money and won't give it back they're saying they'll mail me a check. Are you kidding me I just gave you cash!!!! What this branch is doing should be illegal and I'm going to reach out to a lawyer to find out.

0 stars! In store ok service on phone ride service! They decided for unknown reasons to close my card without informing me, then told me soon phone they closed it because I used it to make purchases!

Saturday hours are listed wrong in Yelp for this office. Their website states closing at 2 pm not 4 pm.

After visiting a competitor bank who turned be away because I didn't have a coupon code, I decided to give US Bank a try. I walked in and someone immediately asked how they could help and I told them I needed to open a checking account. Within 5 minutes I was sitting in front of a kind gentleman named Marco who helped me decide which type would be the best for me. I felt comfortable and I'm really glad that I chose to switch, even if it meant I won't be getting $200 referral dollars. This is what good customer service is, when you pick a company based on how they treat you and make you feel. I recommend this branch particularly, Broadway and Pantano area.

I have to say that this branch has the best customer service. They make you feel special when they know you by name. You are not a number to them. You are an important customer. This branch had really great employees. I use this branch for all my banking needs.

I visited to open an account and it was a positive experience. Friendly and quick service by Claudia who is knowledgeable about the offerings of US BANK. Glad to have my account here where I'm confident about receiving personal care.

My local bank. Very close to home. Whenever I come in, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Never a problem except for the occasional line when things get busy.
