He was very responsive and worked with me honestly to make a deal. I bought the car and had a small issue shortly after and when I mentioned it to them they went above and beyond to make it right. I had bought my car from Jay's a few months ago. I'm a GM at McDonald's in Willcox. I had a meeting to go to in Tucson and my car started acting funny on the Highway there. After my meeting I took my car back to Jay's Auto, and Arash had my car token care of. Mind you I'm a GM at McDonald's, so I know customer service. But Arash and Jay went above and beyond my expectations! They gave me such a good deal that they have a life time customer for life. If you want a good experience, you should really go to them. you wont regret it!”

“Update -went back to Mike and once again he did an amazing job, finding the perfect car for us, at a great price, with all the features we could ask for. He did an extensive search to find what we wanted. 10 years later and still the best car buying experience we have ever had. They also now do repair work and service so I know where my cars are getting serviced going forward. I cannot recommend them enough. His service guys are also friendly and helpful. Support local, support small businesses. I would rate them higher if it was possible.

Mike and his wife were incredibly helpful. There was no pressure. Mike was very knowlagble about the vehicles he was selling, let me test drive it for a good while, knew the features of other models similar, and really just let us try out the car before we purchased it. He gave us information on the pervious owner and made us feel like he would stand behind the vehicle. I was the best car buying experience I have had. The pricing was fair and the car was clean running and I feel like we both ended up happy with the sale.”
