I went in last Friday to drop off 2 Amazon returns that UPS printed the labels for from the QR codes on my phone. However, the staff member mixed up two Amazon returns (they put the labels on the wrong packages), so both packages went to the wrong location. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Amazon this morning trying to get this resolved, and still don't have this worked out and have no idea when I'll get my refunds. What a nightmare! I called the Broadway/Campbell UPS store this morning about this and got the same employee who had made the mistake. He was beyond passive aggressive and surly about the issue, saying "We're all human, we make mistakes, oh well, have a nice day" and rudely hanging up. I was polite and there was no call for this BS response, and a simple genuine apology for this enormous error would have been appreciated. This is after all what they do right? They ship packages. I get that people make mistakes, but how about a real apology and maybe not making the issue worse by being rude.I used to have good experiences going here but I heard they have changed management, and the change in customer service is pretty appalling. I saw another recent review on Google that said the same thing happened to them (where address labels were mixed up by UPS staff) and this UPS store's response to the review was to "Hey, we all make mistakes...Go with the flow." OK, if you don't care what happens to your Amazon returns and other packages you take here, then yes, go with the flow by all means. I'll be avoiding this store in the future myself.

This UPS location provided amazing service and helped me with fingerprinting services, and even reprinted them for free when I made a mistake. Vibha was extremely helpful!

Two ladies were working there (one seemed to be the owner), I wanted to return my Comcast equipment. The wait was short and the ladies quite helpful. Mind you that not many UPS were open around that time so thank you for your service!

I had the worst experience at the UPS on Sixth street. And ended up coming to this store. Vivek and Jessil (hope I spelled her name right) literally saved my Saturday. Super friendly. Super helpful. And professional all around. THANK YOU for everything! Like seriously please name a UPS plane and truck after them.

Want to send out KUDOS to the crew at the UPS Store at Campbell and Prince..to include Alexs, Sio and Lori. Quite the crew that engineered the professional packing of my daughter's wedding gown to be shipped across Country. What a pleasure to work a professional group. I came into the store after being kicked out of the other UPS store on six Avenue in Tucson Arizona and I told the guy would happen and he was very eager to help me. Helped Me carry stuff and helped offered a package stuff so much better customer service than the other one I will send anybody to the store my man was great I wish I remember his name

I take a lot of my Amazon and online order returns here. My returns are always correct. Mace helps me each time and is so efficient and nice. Recommend this place for mailing needs.

Now, I am not happy to leave 1 Star the poorest feedback. But, I must warn UPS and UPS Clients about these people who works here. Because, a worker here called the police on me. Neither She shouldn't work in this industry nor her employer should serve to people with the lack of understanding of hr training. I am an Amazon & FBA Seller (Books) since 2005. I have been shipping out books through Amazon's contract with UPS FOR MORE THAN 5 years. I have Never ever had such a problem until this morning because of this store employee Asst. Manager "Marissa Mejias" . One Day before I kindly asked her to do her job correct since she was NOT placing boxes to scale. 38 lbs boxes were 1.5 lb on my receipts in 3-4 days.Their LACK OF WORK ETHICS is the poorest ever i have seen in any UPS Store at both East and West Coasts since i have traveked extensively and shipped out from Austin, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, NYC, Newark, Jacksonville, Tampa, San Fran, San Diego etc etc all over. UPS and not weighing. 38lbs packages were seen 1.5 lb at the receipt. I told her to do her job correct. She fussed and gave me dirty look, argued about but i told her i won't call anywhere and expect her to fix this behavior, laziness. Today i said if my packages were/ would be safe since she was not making Customer comfortable with anything. She had again bad look and manners i said i wish said you smiled or said good morning. She said me had problem with her from day1. I said no but she still was not doing her job right. She doesn't understand What customers expect from her doing job correct like all other UPS Stores do. She called the cops on me. I waited for the cops to come 10-15 minutes. She is not only a unfit UPS employee but also a threat to the Peace of other people. Then her boss Michele Ziegler asked me on phone to leave the store. Horrible customer care. I am talking to UPS Corporate, and informing them about horrific employee-customer relation i just experienced. Case# 0085786084 UPS.
