I would give this post office and the postal service a ZERO if I could. I never give out reviews but this post office is terrible. This year I have had to put in several complaints regarding not getting my CORRECT mail in my mailbox. The last complaint they stated the driver had to go back for training. We'll if he's back in my neighborhood delivering mail they didn't train him very well AGAIN! I called the 877 number, went through the whole process of trying to submit a claim and at the very end the computer on the other end said they were having trouble and I would have to call back. Great do it all over again.
Tried calling the P O directly but of course they never answer the phone. How are we to get ANY customer service!!!!! and OUR MAIL!!!!!!

The only one in my area open on Saturday. Had a small package to mail. They were professional, quick and courteous. Facilities were very clean.

I don't think anybody has very high expectations of the post office. Today my experience was particularly disappointing with the poor attitude and poor customer service at your counter. It was witnessed by two other staff members, one of which had to intervene to instruct the young lady. I was speaking to to go get my mail. You have one job. Get me my mail. You're not very good at it. So when I come in and say you're not doing your job very well, the only response I should hear is you're absolutely right sir. We are terrible at this. That is why we are failing across the country. Let me go get your mail. You have forgotten who your customer is and how your wage gets paid. We don't need to hear your excuses and you certainly don't need to argue with me

Very impatient customer service agents and they don’t pick up calls until you call atleast 4times and when they finally pickup, they are in a haste to hang up. Customer service Staffs could do better.

They don't answer the phone when they transfer you to the operator. The operator never picks up, after the ringing stops the phone call is ended

Would not let me send the same package I have been sending to myself for 17 years because they refused to listen to the specifics of the contents description. Non-alcohol mouth wash doesn’t have alcohol in it. Unscented detergent doesn’t have perfume.

They don’t even sing deserve any stars
Absolutely horrible post office… mailed a package and accidentally put the wrong address on it…they should have returned it to me like they are required since the address I accidentally put on it doesn’t even exist but nope…they went and put it in a locker and then apparently gave the key to the locker they put it to some random individual although the address does NOT exist!!! They people won’t answer the phone and the person who the package was actually meant for went in and they won’t even check the locker they put my package in knowing they gave the key to someone who it wouldn’t belong to since the address DOES NOT EXIST
Been trying to call and speak to a real person at this branch but apparently answering a phone isn’t something they can even do right …I’ll end up speaking with the main usps customer service department before these jokers
I want them to check the locker to see if my package is still in it and if not they need to be paying me the insurance on it for the replacement of it😡

Between repeated missing packages never found, always an extremely long line periodically, no accountability, rude supervisor vm’s about mail being held, no communication between each other its giving toxic work environment that bleeds into the atmosphere. I wouid move to get away from the chaos.

The agent that assisted me was very kind and friendly and courteous the inside of the location was spotless no lines quick service in and out of course on the outside you will find a very large parking lot that affords room for I'm assuming a large crowd of customers and 6-8 disabled parking spots, along with three easy-to-access deposit mailboxes
